He's unloyal; he has a fault. If he brings enough value to overlook the fault then keep him around and realize he's not perfect. If not, cut off ties respectfully - you don't need him around.

Good execution. You hit the point - have a good time and they naturally come. I think the word "super" was overkill, though. You should be proud of yourself it took me till junior year to work up to where you're already at your freshman year.

Primarily, it's about realizing the role modern women (feminists) play in society and how this is affecting the male population. To get the gist of it read the articles in the sidebar suggested reading. Start with the shorter ones for a quicker and more generalized briefing.
