It really can be at times. My back was the biggest one and that one is mostly healed. My forearms are what's wrong at this very moment. They really limit grip strength and finger dexterity, slowing me down tremendously. Coworkers then go "what the fuck is taking you so long?".

"If the day and the night are such that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet-scented herbs, is more elastic, more starry, more immortal — that is your success" - Henry David Thoreau I'm making one long ass reply, my friend. Fuck your one sentence rule. I'm assuming you made this post in order to get an idea of what people's missions are. You want a way to find your mission for your life? Seems daunting, pressurizing. People make stupid decisions under such a…

They work out the transverse abdominis muscles. Literally for hours after a good stomach vacuum sesh I feel like I look like a classic bodybuilder. Keeping with it regularly has given me fantastic results, especially when I bulk up.

You're just bracing for heavy lifts. Do stomach vacuums if it really bothers you; 95% of it is in your head anyways.

You can to a certain degree. I'd play the game Squad from time to time and that forces you to communicate to strangers on a base level and about a certain topic (the game). The problem with practicing social skills online in games and chatrooms is that there's more to social skills that just speaking. Don't misunderstand me, vocal tonality and pitch are important, but also body language, facial expression, and how you present yourself to others is important as well.

Find enjoyment in doing these activities because you're actively working towards a goal.

You're correct: I may have put an emphasis on the random dudes in the gym "stealing your girl". Most of the big guys in the gym won't necessarily even care about your woman. I'm trying to get you to think about the reality that essentially introducing your girlfriend to a bunch of higher SMV men who are eye-fucking her in the mirrors may have consequences on your relationship, especially if you vetted correctly and she normally doesn't get such external validation (not an attention whore, for ex…

I have thought long and hard about this with my previous relationships with the women (and male friends who are non-lifters). Why would a man want his LTR to workout with him at the gym, when he's at the intermediate level? I mean no disrespect and I'm trying to get you to think about this more clearly, as in the "why" and not the "how". From my personal experience, bringing your LTR to a (what I assume, commercial) gym to workout together like you see in those Instagram videos can introduce iss…

In moderation, as in possibly once to twice a week is fine. Caffeine is not good for you, but coffee is. Check out ergo-labs for more info. For example, one study from Harvard was conducted with over 25k people. The results were coffee raises test and lowers estrogen. Also proven to improve liver and digestive function, gives you a longer life, lower chances of various cancers, etc. etc. etc. If you do supplement caffeine, I strongly recommend starting the day by drinking a nice big black coffee…

I would say video games are bad, like the majority of things, if done excessively. Try looking at the social aspect of it. For example, I have a few good friends of whom have moved to separate parts of the country that I'll play video games with once or twice a week for a few hours to keep in touch. If you're actually addicted to playing video games you should quit completely and never look back.

It definitely would break the LTR up in this case. I'm trying to find the greater good in denying this. I don't mean to overshare or moralize or anything, but my goal is to one day have a family. In my culture, you marry young (mid 20s to an early 20s woman) and have children. Most of the women around me are religious, hate clubbing etc., but understand that the best way to have good children is to have a good man. This requires a lot of responsibility on the man's side of things; basically bein…

So even when she asks "have you cheated in the past?", regardless of the dishonesty, it's ideal to deny it?

Sure it may not be the same level of general of an army, or a multi-billionaire CEO in control of a massive company. I was a manager of a larger bakery department in my late teens. I had 48 people under me, with big wigs looking down at my department to ensure I was doing my job. I was responsible for what each person did at every moment of the day. I had been a leader in sports and shit previously throughout high school, so increasing morale wasn't an issue for me. What was an issue for me was …

To add to the consequences, what happens when (theoretically) you find your unicorn and want to settle down. Do you end up telling your precious unicorn about your cheating past? In this case, your sexual strategy would end up being about keeping your unicorn. What would happen if the unicorn found out about your cheating past?

Hi I'm new to this so please bare with me. I'm not married but got out of a LTR and have since entered a seemingly new one. Made this account yesterday actually to ask this on AskTRP but the account is too fresh to post anything.
