If you analyse your spending you will realise you don't need to spend as much as you think you do. Make your own food at home, grow your own fruit and veg in your garden, stop buying overpriced phones every year, sell off your car and use public transport, stop buying things at full price and wait for sales etc. Its only women who have an uncontrollable spending habit which is why they force men to go into high paying stressful jobs to indulge in consumerism.
