You've got that right. I need to drop that completely.

Yup. And been on it for a good while now, it's had dramatic positive effects from NoFap. I never realized how bad it was until I went without it.

Right, I once read a book about western love and eastern love. Their interpretation of love is very different. And almost circumstantial, infused with status and possessions, family pride. Although, I am certain this depends on what part of China too, since yes such a huge country. One might argue that, which I think it's been brought up here that female love is very different from male love. Why do you think Chinese girls cannot love? I don't mean in a western sense, just in general? I have men…

Oh and also don't bring up politics at all. I made that mistake once and paid the price hard. Oh and yes that whole line I cannot count the number of times I have heard "Chinese girls are traditional, no sex before marriage" I've gotten that a few times, and pretty sure it's some sort of saving-face or shit test. I know how they are about family and marriage. I've been casually talking to this Chinese girl online who lives in the North. We get along but she keeps bringing up the idea of marriage…

Yes, but for me at least I feel disgusting when I talk to them with the mindset of "I want to fuck you". By having that in my mind it just totally derails my ability to think clearly and talk to them normally and smoothly. It's only when I am able to take that area out of my brain that I am able to have a close, intimate and long-lasting conversation with them and then proceed to escalate further, like start with no thoughts about it then work my way upwards to that point. Otherwise I think I am…

I think I associate with a lot of losers which is also bringing my SMV down. I have very few friends but the ones I do hang around are dirty and scruffy looking. So the way I relate to the world is in a sense related to my scope of friends here. I recall the quote, you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. So if that is true I really need to change my circle of friends and transform. Also yeah somewhere, at some point, I forgot to do that analysis in my head, of before you sa…

It may be my body language too. It's just cringeworthy stuff man... trying too hard to talk to women.... I realize it after the fact when I put myself in their position and think of some guy saying that crap to me it would come off as weird. I said something like "Will you be that guys princess one day?" because this older guy was hitting on her. See, the shit just doesn't make sense, is weird and cringy as hell. I think of it and I am like, "what the hell, WHY DID YOU SAY THAT". It's usually me…

Yes this did help. They are super childish, I've noticed that too, loving kids stuff, talking in a childish voice, dressing childish, just plain old childish behavior, throwing tantrums too! They sometimes seem to have a very different perspective of the world, which I appreciate and admire. More innocent, kind of naive, and trusting, I suppose? which could be bother a bad or good thing. Whereas some will just use you and rip your heart out, especially if you have money. Suppose that's any group…

What do you find they respond the most to? What do they like? anything you've noticed differently about them from western women? what should I expect say if I approach a fresh off the boat girl?

I swear the hardest part has been seeing them beyond sex because I've been screwed by porn. I've been consistent on NoFap and noticed dramatic differences in the way I relate and talk to them. So there is a plus. I need to get more comfortable and focus on enjoying myself and myself alone and just have a good time and stop focusing on sex.

One of the biggest problems that you have now is that you have the idea of a needy/clingy loser when you are approaching her. Once you have that image in your head, it's 10x harder to get rid of it, and you shoot yourself in the foot because it decreases your chances of success. Your posture, tone of voice, and frame will depend on the image you have in your mind. Yeah I realize right now that's one of my biggest issues, the frame of mind I am in. Thinking I am this or that loser, and it comes o…

Yes that is key, you need to not focus on them as your goal. Pay just as much attention to the older women, older men, and just everyone, once you shift your focus on only the hot girls, they can tell what your end goal is, you only care about looks nothing more. That just makes you look like a shallow selfish jackass. Only trying for them will too make you look like a shitty person and weaken your social skills. For talking to EVERYONE, women, men, children, this all plays into your level of co…

I need to let go. And just relax. I take everything WAY too seriously. I just want to have a good time in life. But there are always these moments where I am relaxed and let my guard down and some macho overly confident guy some struting around and steals my thunder. There is like this happy medium between being calm, cool, confident, and relaxed but not some much so that you are some weak carefree hippy beta, but a strong confident YET relaxed type. There is a bridge between the state of relaxe…

How are they different though? I mean their whole way seems different, in the end I am sure AWALT. How do you work around the whole shy, introverted, reserved thing? Not sure what angle to work there or how to approach.
/r/askTRP28/03/18 02:33 AM
1

That's some solid insight, I never thought about it. But yeah, looking at it from their perspective, they probably have dudes drooling on them all day. This girl was a head turner (in my eyes at least) so me trying to approach or get digits probably wasn't going to happen, but who knows. I mean the hotter they are the more selective they can be to who gets the digits and who doesn't and of course the uglier they are the most clingier and desperate they are going to be, just like a high SMV dude.…

Yeah, I had this one girl I saw and to be honest just had the hots for immediately when I saw her. I began walking a little faster to get a closer look and she was about to open a door and then quickly turned around and gave me a look and a smile like "I know you were just walking up real quick behind me" it's like she just knew what was going on before she even turned around.

You know that feeling when you're a little nervous and you're overanalyzing an interaction with a girl? "did i say that right? what do i say next?" Yes. All the fucking time. I think "Oh God, what is she thinking, does she like me? was this the right thing to do... X,Y,Z....agihsadgijndig" I freak out constantly, paranoid of their judgements, approvals, critiques, cause I know they are constantly weighing the scales of me against all the other potential mates they have access to. Yeah, maybe an apple smart watch, I got one of those knock-off versions so I guess I could wear that. I think it's really about OWNING IT. Wearing the clothes and not letting the clothes wear you. You know? I am currently wearing a pair of beat-up shoes, shoes, dirty as all hell. Not sure what I should buy next, maybe some Nikes or Adias. Been living on the cheap for a long time. That's a good point. I know you've seen those shows like maury where there are like 5+ women wondering if some thug guy maybe like 14-19, is their babies daddy. It always strikes me, "how the fuck is this guy getting all these women?". They sense something in him, like you said. He has probably had a shit life from day one and had to grow up quick. The dude probably possesses that type of thug mentality. I've known several girls who just love thugs. Of course they deny it, but actions speak loud…

Some guys can just own that situation better than others. Me in particular I feel overwhelmed and over powered by their femininity. It's only male energy and three female energies that combat mine so it's like female energy dominate that whole space. It feels uncomfortable for me. This guy seemed to still be rocking strong male energy despite the three competing female energies, I don't know how he was doing it but he was dominating their whole space. Even three female energies were still at bay…

Yes point taken there. I need to invest a day or more in TRP reading. I have no delved into it yet which I am sure will garner me some downvotes. What aspect of the sidebar are people referring to. There is a lot going on there.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 08:32 PM

May be a mix of both. I suppose said type of guy has internalized these concepts. Or is just a natural. Saw a dude with like 3 girls around him just chatting it up laughing, have a good ol' time and I think. How could that be me?
/r/askTRP27/03/18 08:30 PM
1

Yeah the character part is vague, and is where I fill in the blank. I am still feeling like I am finding myself, that sense of self and identity isn't strong. I feel like I don't have a strong sense of self and it's something I feel must come with maturity and experience. It's an odd feeling when you don't feel like you know who you are.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 08:29 PM

Not so fast, I am changing, I look at myself and I don't see the same person I use to be. It feels natural to want to increase my SMV this way.

1

Oh god "I think that I love her.........", please please read the sidebar. I've been here long enough to know you are being ridiculous with that statement. You know nothing about her. All you are doing is lusting after her. Don't focus your attention on one girl. If you carry yourself with that attitude she will for sure not want to be with you. I hate to say you have already screwed yourself with that mentality. Just meditate on the ideas on the sidebar and you will get better dealing with situ…

That's the problem there, I just don't know what works for my face-shape and hair-type. Or what style of dress best emphasizes my attitude. Guess I am sort of mysterious yet cool.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 08:16 PM

So status symbols okay. How about phone? I'm thinking anything that reveals you have money and which can be displayed to them is a good thing to wear.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 07:52 PM

As far as haircut what have you found women most attracted to. As well as style of dress? I am in my 20s.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 07:51 PM

We all come here for similar reasons so I suppose that makes sense. But it's almost the same situation, oneitis and lack of the abundance mentality. It's all biological at the end of the day, I think we are all wired the same in that regard. The biological imperative tells us to mate, so then it's just, how do we go from PT.A, aka knowing nothing about how to approach women/game and what works to PT.B having sex.

What do you recommend as far as clothing goes. Shirt, pants, watch, shoes, haircut. I am new to this world. Most of my life I just haven't tried very much. I have stubble. Some girls seem to hate stubble and beards.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 07:43 PM

That is solid advice there! and I am going to copy and paste it into my folder. What do you recommend with approach? An example scenario, I see a cute girl on her phone, or a cute girl I pass on the sidewalk. I want to go talk to her and see if we can hang out/go on a date. Here, I just have no clue what to say, how to not come off a needy/clingy or some nervous werido that doesn't know HOW to talk to girls/women. I want to come off as strong with high SMV (which needs work). I just have no idea…

Can you explain that bit. I see of course a man getting jealous/angry over her talking about another man but why would it be good for you to talk about other women wanting to have sex with you, seems like she would get angry real quick.

It's true I've noticed a change when I put on higher valued clothing, latest clothing/brands et cetera. Style of dress makes a huge impact in their eyes. They are obsessed with fashion (most of them) so seeing you make that effort in that really adds nicely to your SMV.
/r/askTRP27/03/18 02:28 AM

I think it is best to focus on what we ourselves can change and cannot change. We cannot change other people, and what they do, but we can change the way we view them and our responses to such.
/r/askTRP26/03/18 03:47 PM

I do not think her goal is to bring me down, although perhaps. I think that some people get off on embarrassing others, especially their children, it gives them a sense of control and power. As for someone to feel embarrass shows that one must care a great deal about said person to feel such an emotion. In this moment when she tried to shame me, I become stoic and un-feeling of the matter. I believe she sensed a change in my normal reaction to such events. In times like those, the best approach …

That's a good quote. Like what are they getting from it? The results, everyone does something for a reason. So what are they getting at the end that would benefit them. And absolutely it's something I've been noticing as well, I pay very little mind to words, only actions matter.

Yes, my emotional issues are subtle with my mother. It's not abuse per se. It's just been betaing over and over in my life and I am feeling stuck, the shame, the guilt, the embarrassment, the lack of preparation for the real world. I should have gotten my shit together years ago, and there comes a point where you have to own your own life and stop blaming your parents for all your problems. I'd tend to think that is true. Women care more about an interesting man than something he has. As materialistic as some of them are, at the end of the day a man with an incredible personality really does sway them.

Russell brand comes to mind, that guy is charismatic and enthusiastic af. Nothing gay, but recently as thought-experiments I've been trying to put myself in the shoes of a female and think "if I were a girl would I want this guy?" To clarify when the writer refers to contingencies, this is to say if we have a plan A that fails then we have a backup plan B, and if that plan fails we have a third, fourth, and fifth plan lined up, so we never feel insecure/un-confident because we've padded up all those weak points in ourselves. I think I would start bragging and then would just be like "Oh he's just being arrogant" or "He's lying/making this stuff up", I don't want to come off as transparent or trying to hard to win their affection. One thing that stumps me is the w…

Maybe I was more assertive about things than I thought I was being. I just talked about shit we had in common and worked from there. No game whatsoever, before trp I was like "what's game?". I didn't say that worked a lot, and to be fair most women don't give me the time of day. It's only the sort of sad and emotionally broken girls that this seems to work on. One's with some insecurities.

The whole turning it around thing when they ask me questions like "Why date you?" I have to stop being paralyzed with emotional distressed and instead fling out a nugget of gold. It's really like a mindset, turn a negative into a positive by sheer will and thought-power. There is always this constant tug of war between me talking to a girl too. I am sure you all know what I am referring to. The power struggle, where the cards are being laid out and the girl is fighting for frame and power. I gue…

Been trying this out for size recently. Nothing gay, just been focusing a lot more on men than I have women. It's been teaching me tons. Before at a public forum, event, meeting, social-gathering I would just look around at the women and focus my attention solely on them, I gained nothing, no insights, no tips, no knowledge, just a empty void of space. Yet, now that I shifted my focus and attention on men I am learning so much more. I am taking mental notes of what is working for them. My attent…

Honestly. It was my nice guy routine, never did a jerk thing to them. The girls weren't super attractive though. Maybe HB4 or HB5s. If me and her had something in common we'd start a long conversation based on that. Then touch base next time. Again and again until I developed a strong connection. Asked her out. Would lead to sex. This wasn't a common thing though.

I didn't see it that way, but it makes a lot of sense. I am doing a Q/A, what is attractive about a Q/A? It's about as sexy as a job interview.... how could I have been so blind about that. What should I talk about then? That whole Q/A format is all I know. I've been doing it since I was 13 probably and I am in my 20s now, never developed any skill with talking with them or people in general. How would you go about the art of the tease, negs, sexualizing the interactions? Much appreciation.

It's not even a matter of sticking to some imaginary guns, or being entertained, or finding something funny, or whatever you're trying to do here. Yes you mistook what I said as sarcastic, and then went on some nonsense tangent. End of story.

Ha! Absolutely not, you're being a very small man right now. And it's not about being 100% perfect, it's not that at all, it's just how you went about it in the beginning was all wrong. And then made yourself look like a fool even further with your inaccurate points. It's actually quite funny.

I don't find it unnecessary, it's what you get for not reading and then calling someone out on something that didn't make any sense. Just own it and stop trying to be the bigger man taking the high-road bs buddy boy.

There was nothing to what you were saying haha, you had no point to begin with. The common-sense I was referring to is simply taking the time to actually read who said what not just have an emotional knee-jerk reaction to it. Again, pot calling the kettle black. You really don't get it.
/r/askTRP22/03/18 05:53 PM

There was no flipping out. When a person doesn't even bother to read who said what it comes off as brain-dead and just plain stupid. Not emotional, this is just plain common sense, at least to me it is. Case and point. You first generalize me into a group, make assumptions, then you start rattling off some quotes I never even said. It's the pot calling the kettle black.
/r/askTRP22/03/18 04:49 PM

Are you brain-dead or just plain stupid? Why don't you go back and re-read the usernames and see who actually said what. I said the second quote the other three you were clearly not paying attention. READING COMPREHENSION.

Self-awareness is truly key here. It's been the same with beta traits. Before I would just carry out my life with my normal beta ways. However, now I realize them in the moment that I am doing it. When I think of frame, I think of integrity, standing your ground, not changing your current state/mood/personality for them. I see so the greater you become in your life the lesser they are by comparison. So it's like a scale. if you are doing better than scale changes, if you are doing worse they look better in comparison. I understand this. And for sure have felt it before in myself. Sadly it is not just one friend, that has been a re-occurring theme in a lot of my male to male relationships. Where when women are around their voices raise up, word choice changes, body-language chances, they put on the persona they think women want. When you say lift, you mean like just lifting heavy objects? doing curls? or lifting the weight bar up and down? I have a 25lb kettle bell that I haven't used in awhile.

I think we are all works in progress here and the more we boost other men the better we are overall. I don't know if you're American, but something has truly shifted in our culture/society. Men are the bad guys, we are being broken down, shit on, demonized, and looked at as the enemy. This has to play in on our psyche. It's completely fine to demonize the male in today's society but the female is a perfect goddess who can do no wrong.

I should have played some sports or something. I think having men bust your balls from time to time is actually a good thing and it makes you better with women because you are less emotionally unstable when they try to shit-test you. ~2.5 months ago I listened to 1/4 of NMMNG and I almost broke down, it was just too much to take in/handle at the time. Truly, I am not an emotional guy, that book just spoke to me on levels that had never been spoken to before. It was relating to pts x,y,z in my life, from early childhood to adulthood, all the points rang true. I couldn't handle it at the time. I may give it another try, because I am sick of getting abused and the first steps, I know, is self-understanding/self-mastery. It's ti…

I think I've forgotten that I have a CHOICE in these situations. I don't have to heard other people's garbage, I can excuse myself or change the subject to something I WANT TO TALK ABOUT. Have you ever thought of conversations like steering a ship? It's like when someone is talking to you they have control over the ship, the steering wheel is in their court and you are on board of the ship (both of you on board, with one steering). Then unless I push them out of the way of the steering wheel I w…

Yeah. The repulsion begins when you get clingy, needy, and desperate. It's so f'd up how true that is. They act like they hate it when you are away but somewhere inside them it excites them and adds to a mans SMV.

Chad's approach. How exactly does one come off as Chad? Women don't look at me. Like I said I am looked over. So saying "let's fuck" will just get the cops called on me. Ideally it would be great to just be firm and direct with them and tell them let's get done to business. But I am not exactly beating the women off with a cane right now. Had a land whale with a mans haircut seem interested, I passed.

I don't ever feel good to walk around like that and tell someone 100% what I think, I literally just saw this in my local coffee shop. It happens to me too. I hook them in with some interest and eventually it falls, maybe in a few weeks. Others in a few days. They lose interest. It's like a normal curve on a graph. It rises then peak then declines. It does just stay steady, always that pattern it seems. Think as they find out more about you you may be revealing things to them they don't like. Remember less is better. The less they know about you the better.

Hard to figure out which one hold more value. The guy in question is just dirty looking and had just gotten into a fight or something. I personally believe that energy is more important to them. They are feelers in every sense of the word. If you can excite them mentally that's all that matters to a lot of them. Physical looks matter a hell of a lot less if you got things going on and you are exciting in an energy type of way.
/r/askTRP13/03/18 08:36 PM

Also I don't know if this is a thing but I'd imagine just as one has high SMV one also has high Social Market Value. Which encompasses having a lot of friends, things to do, parties, events, clubs. But if you are a homebody type this really lowers your value because it makes you less exciting because you have nothing socially going on. How true do you think this is?

So the large part of this is just have high SMV? How does gauge/measure where they are at on that SMV scale, assuming women have a similar metric for men like we have the HB scale. Also as far as approach, should it be subtle or forward/direct, you said awalt, what do women respond best towards when you approach? I've heard the cold-approach mentioned a lot here. Each thing signifies something in a context and women look at your face to see how you react to what's said/done. Thoughts are conveyed in looks so that's why they can tell if you're nervous or not. Absolutely. And hands and how you move around in your environment. I've noticed they pay attention to what you do with your hands, at least that seems to be a large part of what they focus on. It's good to know. It does seem like an act/facade to give you the impression that they have way more than they do, like they are like you said trying to act as if THEY KNOW, your thoughts. I use powers loosely. I know sometimes when I focus enough I pick up on so much that reveals human nature a lot more clearly. It makes me wonder, if I can do this, just imagine what women can do. Pop is around 7.6B. So of that females account for 4,953.376.000 of the 2016. 10% of that is 495,337,600. And that's just 10%. So more than the entire US population has no desire for men.

Yep. They are the masters of emotions. Everything we do they are 10 steps, emotionally speaking ahead. I never truly realized it but there is a lot more power in understanding feelings/emotions than I ever gave it credit for. If you can control someone emotionally, you can control them physically.
/r/askTRP10/03/18 03:49 AM

Like a controller controlling the controller. That is a bizarre thought. You know when a girl says she has the same sex drive as a guy, and you kinda just laugh, 'cause you know that if she's in the top 1% of women, she's probably still below average for guys? Could you explain what this mean?
/r/askTRP10/03/18 03:47 AM

I feel ignorant as hell for never truly realizing this until now... I mean I suppose I knew it but I just never sat down enough to think about it. It all makes sense now.

Oh yes. I think IDGAF attitude and abundance mentality are more incorporated into high confidence then being their own states of being. As it's something which once added into your mindset builds up your confidence higher and higher, I don't see them as separate stages.
/r/askTRP10/03/18 01:01 AM

Sometimes I've felt I could fake confidence at times and they would buy it, other times no. I tend think they can pick up on a lot though and generally know what's up and when someone is faking. But let's not overthink it! they are only human, bound by the same laws of physics we are. Macro expression men, micro expression women, yep sounds about right to me. We look at the big picture, then they see the forest for the trees.

I always sort of suspected they got some sort of high from having men ogle them, even when they try and act like they don't like it. Deep down they want to be objectified, but then there is this other part of them that wants to save face or something and pretend she doesn't like the attentions she is getting. They objectify men. I know I've passed some girls at school talking about men being this or that, "this guy is fine" or "he has a good butt". And I've heard stories about girls getting back…

No, never taken them. They are incredibly perceptive. The one's I've known have had a tendency to understand what my intentions were just by the way I move and tone of voice. They pick one on probably 10x's the detail of movements, micro-expressions, voice all of that. Most of that stuff I think goes past a lot of guys heads because they just aren't aware it is even there.

They don't really have to try, it just comes to them naturally. They can pick and choose what they like and what they don't. I suppose trp flips that all on its head and changes the dynamics through interesting word-play and strategies.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 08:37 PM

I suppose I should have figured as much. They realize they are the masters of emotions and they use that to their utmost advantage. Can you give an example of what they said from what you recalled from their conversation. Highlights. I think information like this would be critical for this community.

Makes sense. They have years of experience. I recall reading a stat years ago that said, on average, a woman speaks about double the words a man speaks in a day. So if a man speaks 6,000 words a day a woman will speak 12,000. Then just multiply that by 365 and years. They have so much more experience in the understanding of everyday interactions and understanding emotions/feelings just through all that feedback from talking to people. Hey, don't like to be that guy here. But, it is they're not t…

No one gets out of this unscathed. We are all dealt pain in doses. The more we can mitigate that pain though, the better. That's why I put a lot of my energy into understanding myself, what my understanding and concept is of the ideas of attachment and desire, and how I can best shape and mold those ideas into what I deem fit.

The only way to win is...not to care and try. But oh holy hell the mindset seems hard to internalize because it goes against our natural and cultural programming. It's interesting, It's like girls have what I called an infinite insecurity complex about them. Doesn't matter how many times you say they are beautiful/special/unique/pretty they always feel like they aren't good enough, no matter what. They always carry inside of them this insecurity about their looks/who they are, like they are never good enough, feel un-grounded, constantly in shame/guilt. Yeah, will be a learning experience and growing experience. She seems like she hasn't actualized/capitalized on her looks if OP is legit in her scale. I've known a few 8's that were home-schooled and lived sheltered lives, they just didn't realize a lot. This might be one of those girls. But once they go full blown social media and start making more friends they get indoctrinated, they start upping the antes with guys and demands.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 04:47 PM

Damage is already done. Slowly exit the conversation. The longer you stay while she gives you negative feedback the more awkward things will get and the less desire she will hold for you. Light banter that holds her interest is effective. Don't stay too long or it will become a war-zone.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 04:43 PM

He said it. It's your reality. All that composes who you are. Your thoughts, beliefs, opinions. Everything that makes you who you are is your frame.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 04:39 PM
2

Exactly. Everyone carries with them an aura/persona and they can pull you into, if their's is stronger. Like black holes, ones force of gravity will consume another if the other has a slightly greater force of gravitational pull. Magnetism is also apt here. You are either pulled into theirs or they are pulled into yours. Who sets the tone/mood? who controls the direction of the conversation? those are questions of who has a stronger frame.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 04:36 PM
1

I see "frame" as integrity in who you are. Like an unbroken chain. When women try to emotionally affect you (shit test), you stand your ground and don't break a link. It's staying true to who you are and not letting someone come along and interfere with your persona. Your "frame" is like everything you think/believe. It encompasses a lot more as TRP describes. Think integrity, think unbroken, think of standing your ground in what you think and believe. Not allowing other people's frames to affec…

Yeah he has entered into her emotional sandbox and she's just forming him into whatever shape she wants, poor guy. Let me ask, how do women know a guy likes here, it's something I like to keep covert but somehow it seeps through my pores and I give something away.
/r/askTRP09/03/18 04:19 PM

You never keep texting here (oneitis/scarcity-mindset). leave it at one text and be done with it, if she likes you she will text back if not let it be. You don't want to come off as needy, desperate, or clingy. You will simply display yourself as low-value and consequentially be less of a priority in her mind.

Judging by the way this guy is framing his whole life and the way he is going about it, it doesn't seem like he has the aforementioned to sustain her long. These women have abundance any time they please. This guy is focusing TOO much of his time, energy, and patience on her. His frame is shattered and he is living on her. There needs to be a total overhaul in thinking for this guy to be successful. I sense a lot of naivety and inexperience.

Tall, buff, talks in a loud commanding voice, everything you'd think of as being an alpha man's man, but then has a wife and children and all that mess, this guy is not RP'd there is a huge distinction here. There seems to be some conflicts in what the OP is thinking is alpha RP. It's annoying how people automatically assume RP just because a man fits the manly man stereotype.

Yeah it hits them but it's like a 10th of what it does to guys. If anything I think men are truly the emotional ones at the end of the day, as crazy as that sounds. Women get over it pretty quick, once they get the first bang in. I read something similar on here about invaders from rivaling tribes and how women for eons had to either mate with the rivaling tribes or be massacred. It does make sense. Women assimilate naturally to whoever is the strongest and most dominate.

You're right, that's all it is, emotional validation. I had a girl like this pre-trp nothing but pain, she gained all the power and value and I got nothing back but the feelings of being used. Move on to the next one. Abundance.

I am quite sure women get off on making guys feel jealous/hurt like this. They like the power they can get from inflicting emotional pain your way. Drop her she isn't worth your time. She just wants to use you like an emotional tampon.

Right, that makes sense. So why is it that women have to make themselves so hard to get, meanwhile men are just handing it out to any woman that walks his way? I know the TRP idea that "women want sex" and as much as men do, so what's with the charades? why aren't they being honest about how they feel and what they want since they apparently are the masters of feelings/emotions.

Not the OP but been in a similar place. Let me ask you, since you're TRP endorsed, how is it that women are able to turn off any and all affection like a flip of a switch, while guys are mourning hard over it? I see this shit happen all the time to my bros. Women are off dancing on the next dude while her ex is at home sad af. What gives?

How are you going to attach and be also be able to leave at all times? Sounds like an oxymoron, there is some serious pain involved in getting attached. Indeed it's true, it's the full implementation/internalization of IDGAF and 'take it or leave it' mentality. Once you take them off that damn pedestal they start actually respecting you. That pedestal mentality is a hard thing to break because of so much social conditioning from the media (i.e. Disney, rom coms, daytime TV). It's what is expected of you from society, we must be good little slaves and follow the rules that have been laid out for us. But it's only when we break free from that cage…

The is absolutely two conflicting realities here. One the media has painted for all of, the version that most accept as true and get taken advantage of hard because of it. And then there is the cold hard uncomfortable truth that women are pretty much like men in a lot ways but the weaker, more fragile, emotional version. And that they ultimately aren't doing things for love, they have deeper darker motives that I think a lot of men want to willfully deny are real, such as being provided for, ess…

To be frank, that only works for some situations and for people with certain personality types. If you are the stoic introvert type who doesn't laugh all that much, and try to switch up your personality like that, it won't work. These methodologies have to be tailored to your personality type. It's almost never a one size fits all type situation. If you try this and are introverted people will see right through your little tactic and give it two fold as bad.

Absolutely, risk is essential to success it seems. Courage too. Or else you'll be stuck in a dead-end job which pays you nothing, and abuses your time and freedom. This is not thriving. Yes, they want to keep you into their frame, their little box/window. They want to keep you as a child as long as possible to extract emotional support and anything else out of you. The less mature you are the more you can be used as an emotional tampon. If you are raised by a single mother, she will feed you lie upon lie about women. Yeah, I think this is my problem. When I ask one of my friends for help or a co-worker or manager. I seem to frame it as if I am small, weak, and helpless. If life and figuring out women and relationships were like sports, then yes I would say one should learn as many techniques and rules as possible. I tend not think of dating is not as easy as advertising. You look at relationships like a game to be mastered and played? What I am talking about here is when I read about people telling those on TRP to change parts of their personality to appeal more to women, or to make them want them more. Such as go be the stoic bad boy. If that is not what you naturally feel about yourself, why the hell would you put on an act? That aspect of TRP is absolutely wrong IMO. Maybe you are rude. Not everything a woman says is wrong or should be twisted in some way so that you look like an alpha man. I feel like this community doesn't view women as human but like creatures to be manipulated and controlled. Then people on here create all these elaborate word games as a tactic against women. That sounds like it will just piss them off and they'll leave you, because you aren't being genuine at all, just manipulative.

This idea of frame is new to me. This is to say, who controls whom? Such as, you are playing to her whims and lifestyle and wants/needs, rather than her being in your frame playing to your whims, lifestyle, wants/needs? Wondering also here, is it beta to act like you don't know something? Or curious to know more? Is beta essentially someone who acts closer than a woman than a real man? Is being an alpha acting like you know it, have it all figured out and don't need anyone but yourself?
