What do you guys recommend for getting out of your shell in a totally new environment? I'm an Asian dude who just moved to a metropolitan city in Africa for the next few months and it's been hard. I think most of it is in my mind, since I keep dwelling on the fact that I'm different from everyone. Have you guys ever had any experiences with being a totally different environment, and how you guys took advantage of it, instead of being constrained?

If you don't treat your age as a big deal than it won't be a big deal. Still you'll meet some girls who absolutely won't date guys younger than them, but that's often something they say, and all you have to do is be the cool guy to prove their beliefs wrong ;) For reference, I'm in undergrad and I've been wi…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
