Natural selection and darwinian law overrides it. Lots of this stuff is written by scam artists praying on emotional effeninate and desperate men whose emotions override logic. I use logic foremost and logically I know nature and natural selection weed out certain typea of people to keep the gene pool pure. No ammount of technique can override nature thats like saying theres a tecunoque for penguins to fly when biologically thats impossible.

Schizophrenia, statistics show that ceryain mental diseases mean tour less likely to have those things. One good way to cope is associate pain in yout mind to hhaving a "normal" life and pleasure to isolation. At least thats what Ive found to be effective.

It helped me accept and see the science behind why I was isolated. People with schizo just arent going to have a socisl lofe or be married or get very far in career advamcement. Thats true my goal is to be a true mgtow, I lift diet do all that good stuff bit basically Im gonna have to accept that my mental disabilities and problems fitting into the world are just the way they are. All I can do is focus on my hobbies and passuons and get really good at them. This is a good post, rationally I know my genetics are not supposed to reproduce and it makes sense from a logical.atandpoint. But yeah meditation and peocessing emotions logically are a good start.
