Tbh keep learning programming, I know 3d modelling(solidworks, rhino, Unity, autocad, 3dsmax, cinema 4d, maya, sketchup, grasshopper etc) and if you go in depth to create new shapes and behaviours with those programs you must use scripts and those are usually python or c++.
