2	I feel shitty Good. But I just realized that the party I went to was more of a basement rave. The music was so loud I lost hearing in my right ear for a day. Couldn't fuck up an conversation, because no one can hear you speak. If you can get into a frat party like that everything else will fall into place. 2	I feel shitty Im in a similar boat. The first frat party I went to made me legit want to kill myself. I took that pain and used it as motivation to better myself. My advice, if your shy, buy some nice clothes. If you aren't getting attention from an outgoing personality, get some by looking sharp. Start changing your posture when you sit and walk, take up more space and look comfortable doing so. After a few weeks of just small adjustments at adjustments time I just felt good about myself.
