The work on yourself is never done. Alpha is a subjective ideal within your own construct. What are you doing to better yourself? Never better yourself to achieve sex or fuck over women. When you better yourself the sex follows.

The superficial things don't mean anything brother. You get your children. God Bless.

Good Vibes brothers! Nothing is better than being free of toxicity. Time will heal you. Right now you may be in the thick of the battle, the fog of war is heavy, you will come out new and wiser for our children. edit: Play chess when the world is playing checkers. Your time will come.

You need to start documenting these actions if she is being abusive to the kids. You may want to get them into counseling so they can involve a third party so you can get full custody.

Definitely hearing you. I think the assumption of healthy is what I get stuck on. Considering the patterns of behavior I’ve witnessed. But soldiering on is what we all must do.

God bless man. I just need to find my stride and the positivity in the situation. No trade backs; love it.

Yeah I get you. How do we have to trust the decisions of people who make erratic unstable decisions? I mean marriage isn’t for everyone, I get it. But to expose your kids to people so quickly is questionable.

Yeah, I think being a younger man in a relationship is tough. It weird all these women kinda want stability and they see you giving this stability to someone and bam you’re flirting, and not mature enough to escape ego. Some people make wrong choices. Marriage is also something that you have to work at everyday. You have to stay motivated to please your partner. So yeah I think often of how I messed up, but I do know that her actions is what caused the marriage to end. I know that the past doesn…

I'm sorry. This is hurtful, and you're a real man for not shitting on your ex in front of them.

This is divorce. They feel like they are empowered only to find out that the financial backing was propping them up. Then all of a sudden "it's all your fault". It's worse with kids.

This really helped me see that I need to take the higher road. I'm currently separated and I was dumb enough to try and work things out. For a year I was trying anything I could to convince her to move on with me. For the sake of the kids. She started being really shady about who she was talking to on the phone and it sparked jealousy. I insisted on knowing but she would never tell me. She then started to disappear on weekends, not for just a few hours but for weekends at a time. It was appallin…

Start by finding ways to stay away from the house. Pick a hobby that is away from the house and doesn’t include people who reinforce your existing behavioral norms. It’s gonna be uncomfortable but it’s necessary to get used to being alone and making your own decisions. Find a a source of money that will help fund you moving out and the new independent persona you are creating. Don’t look back.

You’re still putting women on a pedestal. It’s normal to be intimidated and nervous but MGTOW is about being self dependent and comfortable in your own skin in any environment.

The psychological strength of "love" and "sex" are struggles that a man must face head on. Do you need to change your lifestyle in order to fill these voids? This is why some relapse, and get caught in this insanity cycle.

File bankruptcy. Take this as an opportunity to clear out all unnecessary material things. Realize we don't need anything but shelter and food. Entertainment will come in the form of you choosing your new path. Be empowered man, its going to be hard because in this weak world we have been conditioned to relay on reassurance from women. You can get through this; you can forge your own path.

Be mindful of sex addiction. This constant need for sex creates a beta mindset that allows you to be manipulated.

It's time to take back our rightful place in society. It's time to be lead, not only with masculinity, but with integrity so future backlash from the so called battle of the sexes is weak and our future men don't have to put up with this bullshit.

The immediate response is negative. There is a lot of positives by cutting her off, rebuilding yourself emotionally, and moving on. The unpopular response is positive, take it as an opportunity to question the relationship, take time to create an independent persona outside of the relationship, and evaluate whether she is worthy of you. You got a tough choice. But either way all economic support you give her should be cut off. Good luck bro, stay strong.

Regret is with everyone. My situation is my fault as well, should I have paid more attention, could I have have done more so I gave my kids a family I never had; sure. But life is life and shit happens. It doesn’t mean you can’t love it just means you have to figure out how to live within the parameters you are in.

You are going to blame yourself. It's normal to blame yourself. Maybe it is your fault, and you have to be accountable for your actions. However, you cannot give up on yourself. Love yourself, own your mistakes but don't give up on yourself. I am in the same situation, it has been 3 months. I still feel horrible, but as I find myself being pulled back into my old behavioral norms I realize I don't have to occupy that space. I had four kids with my ex-wife. It's a totally and complete mess. I wak…
