No doubt. After having been in a certain position for some time, I had no idea of the operations we were behind until I witnessed it first hand. There is some evidence to suggest people who drink in moderation tend to live longer lives due to less stress. I guess it just depends on how far you want to take your drinking. I usually enjoy a beer or glass of wine with dinner. On weekends I'll have a six pack at most; I'm done with hangover drunk.

Moderation is key for everything. I enjoy occasional drinks/hookah/cigars with no adverse effects. Sometimes I like to smoke a pipe and drink scotch during my evening reading time, usually as a reward for doing good that week. People who hang around often enough eventually find this out, and think it's interesting for some reason. (plus the hookah is great for socials at your place)

Hey man, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm 22, the pain definitely seems to be getting better. With that said I will still be attending physical therapy per all of your recommendations. We seem to be the group that's mostly under fire. I like to think TRP is kind of a refuge for us. Thank god I realized something was wrong with our society, otherwise I'd end up like so many others who never came to this realization. (though I think it's changing) Also, I think we happen to be more susceptible to blue pill ideology (probably due to our current system). It seems other races have done pretty well in the masculinity aspect. Although they could definitely harness it in better ways.

I was under the impression you had to stop when you hit some serious poundage on those big lifts, like 300 ib squat, 400 ib deadlift 225 bench etc. Then you move on to other programs.
