To be honest, This is my second apartment in a "downtown". This place is a steel and concrete tower and I have yet to hear anything from the neighbors. My previous place was built of wood and I had major noise issues there.

GYOW guys. Just signed on this awesome apartment. I own a duplex (that I rent out) which basically pays my rent on this sweet pad. My ex was 100% against moving out of the suburbs. I absolutely love living in Seattle and couldn't be more pleased with my current situation. Im sure no one cares, but my life is so much better after dumping my ex fiancé!... just another example.

Its VERY simple (not easy though). Burn less calories than you eat. Period. Well, I travel quite a bit and I can say even in cities with worse traffic than LA and NYC, a VAST majority of cars are still manual. That includes Mumbai, Montevideo, Rome, Paris, Buenos Aires, Cali, and the list goes on.... ony Americans rely on manual transmissions. the rest of the world its all (or mostly) manuals

6 speed Tremec manual. The only option for the Gt350... and it is one SWEET gearbox. One of the most satisfying shifters I have ever driven. the Raptor is a 10 speed auto though. Its actually a pretty amazing transmission in its own right.

The day I took delivery, I drove it straight to my detailer. Got the paint corrected, clear bra on entire hood, and ceramic coated which is like a permanent wax basically. I Hand wash ONLY! It takes me about 3 hours to wash it, but it still looks better than new after a year and 6,000 miles. not a single swirl mark.
