I think it's situational status. Compare me to her: Me: 18-year-old student at college. I work for her. Her: Owns the company I work for, writes the checks, has millions of dollars in venture capital, has the respect and eye of the industry.

As far as sabotage, I need more context. If he’s costing the company deals he should be fired. If he’s talking to your customers and saying bad shit about you he should be fired. Sales managers make money off of sales people making sales and they don’t let a lot get in between the two. Well, he got someone fired in the past by turning the boss against them. The boss, for the record, is 22 and dropped out to found her startup, which now has millions in venture capital. Idk what he's done to get h…

That's the main problem, though. The way I prove to people I do a good job is by getting lots of sales. Since he's in sales as well, getting lots of sales will piss him off.

I did that: flaunted my plates at him, had one show him a good amount of cleavage, even set him up with a girl. He seemed uninterested in my plates, did not even look at the cleavage, and dumped the girl within a week without even touching her. Maybe he's gay.

The one girl he dated was all over him. According to her at least, he enjoyed rejecting her over and over again. As for jacking off, I don't see any of the telltale signs (tissues in his room, closed doors, et cetera). That's actually what I tried this summer. Our family friend has a daughter his age, who is pretty attractive (feel creepy saying this as an 18 year old, but whatever), and I can tell she likes him (why, I don't know, but whatever). I set them up, and convinced him to give her a shot. He 'dated' her for a week and then dumped her cause she was, I quote 'boring and fucking dumb'. Should I try again with a smarter girl?

That's the thing, though: he has a strange charisma, and I can't figure it out. Everyone either hates him or loves him: he's constantly invited to hang out with people, girls flirt with him. But he always says no to whatever they want him to do, because he's too 'busy' debating strangers and watching political debates.
