Before the approach: The easy opener. Try to catch her eye across the room, when you do - wink or cock an eyebrow and give her a sly smile, then go off and talk with your friends, carry on with what you were doing. DO NOT LOOK AT HER AGAIN. In 5-10 minutes you will be welcome to talk to her without awkwardness. In her head you were introduced already.

You've got to say a lot of unfunny stuff before your brain figures out what is actually funny. Same way a comedian has to bomb in front of a crowd 100 times before he can bring the house down once. You'll suck for a couple months, then you'll suck less.

My friend has this problem. He has missed on a lot of girls that are interested in him because of it. When a girl who likes you sees this, it makes her feel like she isn't special to you. That feeling doesn't go away, she will associate any future flirting on your part with the feeling that she isn't important to you. Keep flirting, but just remember to hide it from other women.

As a guy who is 6'5 I find that any girl over the 6 foot mark seems to gun for me like her life depends on it. Girls really don't like a guy to be shorter then they are. Taller they are the less options they have in the dating pool.

"Oh I feel so ugly today" "It's more then a feeling" "FUCK YOU YOUR SO MEAN" "Hey, sometimes when you go fishing you catch a boot."

First impressions are hard to break. I'd suggest moving on to a different group of girls, it's easier to start from scratch then to rebuild peoples perceptions of you.

They think of you as a male slut. They don't want to date you because they think you'll sleep around on them.

I'd try to push a 'Man of the World' vibe out, talk a lot about traveling and adventures. Distance yourself from anything that could be considered 'traditional' i.e. marriage, church, family, etc. You've lived in exotic locations, you've seen amazing things that most people only read abut in books. Play this up, be lush in your descriptions.

For bonus points try lingering eye contact. Hold their gaze, move on, but then return to them. It's said that Bill Clinton does this when meeting people, makes men forget they have a problem with him and women forget he's married.

Making fun of people isn't necessarily mean. Good friends will rag on each other all the time, it's a sign of intimacy between men in particular. You basically just passed the awkward 'getting to know everyone' phase and jumped into 'close personal friend' territory.

Tell them your nine hundred and seven. I find the only way to handle the boring questions is to make up a ridiculous lie. Her: So what music do you like? Me: Nickleback Her: What... really? Me: Yeah but every now and then I'll spice things up with some Justin Bieber.

Talk to your friend about it first.

Lean on the bar with your money in hand. This tells the bartender that you know what you want to order and won't waste their time picking a drink. Longest I've had to wait (in Toronto) is 5 minutes.

If you have acne, treat it. While waiting for it to get better wear some make-up when you go out. If you do it right, no one can tell.

Chances are that when he was your age you would have been perceived as being 'way out of his league.' Now that hes older and has a lot of value, he is making up for past failures by banging a cute young girl. You shouldn't feel guilty about the situation, but try not to feel obligated to this guy because hes sending a lot of money. If he starts to get clingy or creepy you should get rid of him.

Treat the older women like your little sister. Works amazing.

Make it a story about how you got there. I'm finishing up design school right now and I tell girls about how I was stuck in a manual labor job that I hated and made the decision to do something I could be passionate about, so I quit my job signed up for school and now here I am! It works great in establishing tat your passionate about what you do.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
