I'm not sure what country you're talking about there, but here in Australia after 12 months of finishing High School those numbers mean nothing, and employers never look at the numbers, and only in specific cases the university. I didn't start University till four years after High School and had no problem getting into the best University for my course...

So, how does spousal support work there? Because the only thing similar here is Child Support, where if you don't maintain primary custody of your children you have to pay a percentage of your wage to supplement your ex-spouses wage in order to assist with raising your children; once they turn 18, or your ex-spouse loses custody for another reason you no longer have to pay.
