I won't buy into this pseudo-philosophy. Society is not defined by individual temperaments, even when they occupy a large part of the population. There is not a point in history, where this discussion hasn't happened. What i mean by that? Every generation thinks this way. We idealize the past because we have a hard-on for authority. Authority being your father or your grandfather or you millitary nutjob uncle who touched you in funny places. Until you 'kill' your father, you'll whine about how m…

What are you guys blabbing about really? There is a healthy approach to 'women are just an added bonus to a well-lived life' and there is rationalization of ill habits. You don't find value in sex? Great! Don't do it then. But ask yourself: Do i really believe that having sex is not worth the hustle or i just want an easy way out? Or am i fixating so much about sex that my brain is trying to find ways to alleviate me of the discomfort of compulsive sexual thoughts?

I skimmed through it, but what you're saying is that self-improvement should have a tangible goal. At least purposeful extent. And i agree with. While many will say there's no end game in self improvement, i want you to look introspetctively and think if you're saying this to feel better, like a defend mechanism. Sure, you never stop growing, but that's not an excuse for lack of results. I will say something harsh and not everyone will like it. I don't like it either but it's true. If are into s…

Yup.When i was younger,i was unfortunate enough that i had girls go suicidal(threats,if anything). Of course i am speculating there were more red flags underneath( clinical mental issues), but one could wonder maybe it's all a vicious circle.

This is the shit i see in TRP and i know who is legit and who is not. Only guys that have been there understand what this mofo is talking about. Photos, teddy bears, her little pink pyjamas her mother bought her...they are kids left in a world, homeless. Yes,sadness is the right word. When in these situations i think that we didn't do our job properly. Us,men. We didn't protect the ones who need protection. We let them go out in traffic. The worst thing is,i don't believe 'Sadness Phase' is a phase …

Yup.It's one of those things. You are almost out of childhood, almost without trauma ,but BAM,something terrible happens(at least terrible for you). I regard childhood as the base of your life.Whatever happens there, stays always underneath your 'adult' emotions, undermining them and eventually bleeding through your real life,as is evident by your experience. They only way to fix this,is to get on that ladder and go all the way down,go back and repair that hole. It's the shadow Jung talks about. We al…

Yeah,i knew you were talking about fresh orange juice. But i am laughing because most here are on the keto-hype train and everything with carbs is the devil, while there's clinical proof keto diets are sub-optimal for most. They can just work better for people who have already metabolic damage and high insulin reistance.(but that's for the fit sub, :P)

I don't want to be pedantic, but this is not Vipassana meditation(You just copied the introduction from a specific site, without looking much into it). This is merely the first step and it's very similar to Bhakti Yoga. Vipassana requires most of the time a retreat,a guide and extends beyond simply meditating. There a certain philosophy you have to follow, certain diet, lifestyle etc. Still, yours is a simple effective method, but it's more of a focus(pranayama) excercise than meditation.

Red Pill women are just 'predators' in a new market, where there is not competition and very high demand of them(or at least of what they represent). I have no problem whatsover.I have a problem with thirsty motherfuckers that will start suck on them, returning back to BP programming. 'I want the gamer girl' 'I want the sporty girl' 'I want the rock girl' And now:'I want the RP girl'. Nothing new here.

1)Always have the option/be ready to walk away. 2)It's like goals. In order to get them done, you have to get them mentally,so by the time you reach them, you are like 'Nah,what was all this fuss about'. Solid advice OP!

Come on.A non-cohort study that just equallized sexual violence with rape. Do you think i haven't read this? It's like the holy grail of MRA. They used prison statistcs, which are never used when presenting surveys concerning the general public. You guys are struggling with semantics. Men getting raped is a phenomenon that doesn't concern the average guy. The distribution of raped men has a massive deviation, that's why you will never meet a raped man. The research suggests something like 1/21 men …

If you're going around saying otherwise, you're a liar. You put me in a neat little cornder, don't you? Rape is forced intercourse, where consent is not given by neither of the parties. Women don't rape men, period. I don't know where the fuck you guys hang around, but no women would ever try to rape me.And if they did,it would be a statistical anomally,it wouldn't happen 'all the time'. I am not denying women can be sexual predators(read that with a scottish accent,it's more funny) and violent too.…

If you walk down the street and the thought of getting raped enters your mind, then you need to work on this ASAP. That's my whole point. I am not talking about war or prison. It's like saying you have a crime epidemic when you are at war.
/r/TheRedPill06/02/17 02:51 PM
3

Yeah, they got raped outside the normal settings, the average guy will never face.We can't really perceive the fear of it. Men do get raped, but not in social scenarios or out in the streets. It's one of those MGTOWS propagandas that goes without questioning. I am not shitting you or them, we are all on the same team, but we should have the cognitive honesty to admit some shit:Men don't get raped. With that said, women don't either(at least not in this 'rape-culture' manner).

Both yours and Rollo's observations are anecdotal evidence at best. When you apply mathematical models to anything that cannot be measured objectively, then you are not dealing with hard facts. With that said, when anecdotal evidence compound then we can safely say there is a correlation. What most people fail to understand is that by the time you reach 30,you are probably in a LTR,married and in general out of the SM,despite your allegedly high value. Now,this means there is a big demand on 30 yea…

I get where you are coming from, but shit-talking is part of how men communicate. We thrive when there's competition. For the young kids though,i would not cut off friends of 20+ years so easily. If something is bothering you,you can straight up tell them and since they are not women lacking logic, they will respond. I feel, that we need to make a distinction here: Independant is being self employed. Rich is making 6 figures(very very rough estimate) Wealthy means you and the next 2-3 generations of your family control your fucking town and don't have to work a single day. Now,everyone can be self-employed.From there on is about making smart choices. Aim for stabillity first, then you can try and be an enterpreneur.

Mate, that's why men create fucking art. Literally. What you are describing is the reason we started making shit, without the purpose of practical functioning. My suggestion is to create art.Fuel your creativity with your anger/melancholia/sensitivity. Conceptualize your pain in a book. Spit your heart on a canvas. Infuse your spirit into your music. I feel like, since meditation is extremely misunderstood in this sub, this particular technique(which btw is the one Wim Hof now sells) is a bit too difficult(?). Well,it is on the fringes of meditation. Call it astral projection, reiki or just kundalhini,'chanelling' will occure naturally through practice. I would not strive for it only for the sake of it. I've talked to some more experienced people and they told me that it's best to ignore any visions, since they are not the end goal. To be clear,TRP never stated that you should always aim to be 'alpha male' aka unbreakable or emotionless. Most people like the exceptions, because it involves a story/anecdote,a personal experience that they can identify with. The horror here is the possibllity of said people, innately know the truths(?) we advocate, but choose to ignore them. What does it mean? They ignore their own experiences and perception to indulge in 'movie' like lives.Lives that holywood/media/feminist agenda etc, have outlined for many years. This goes beyond sexual strategies for sure. Mindfulness when practiced outside meditation, without first achieving a deegre of profficiency in sitting still and, well, meditating, will be very hard to achieve. It's not an abstract state of mind, but a very powerful and rather concrete state. But don't get discouraged, because for sure you will make progress at least in being more focused and present.

I see many guys complaining about face aesthetics. What the fuck does that even mean? Firstly,if you are not 10-12% you haven't seen your true potentian. Then,if you take care of your skin and don't have a real face dysmorphia, i can't really buy that you can't have at least an above average sucess with above average women. *I argue, that you can pull the whole spectrum of the scale.

The pitfall here is that women(and everyone else) aknowledges only results. Meaning,if you are in a conflict and you bark like a dog, without actually doing something, this could very easily come back at you. So,we must question, what is it that wins the most conflicts? Awesome. If you care about one tip: Don't call this 'journey'.It will trick your brain to think of it as something big that requires sacrifices and struggle etc. Have a stoic approach to it and don't take it too seriously Journeys end.But your life ends when you die.

The ideal way to go about it,is to implement this to you daily life. Don't put a certain time-window,were you have to go out and approach. Be stoic about it.Let it be natural. I was gonna write that this post is mental masturbation and that ignores the DTF or NOT and focus TOO much on stuff that don't really matter.Which all are true. BUT, this post also includes valuable lessons, gold nuggets, that are important to strengthen your frame. It contains social observations, very useful to the newcomers. Just keep in mind that you have to be above average looking and somewhat socially aware. If you are a hobo creep, you can maintain as much frame as you want, but you won't fuck…

You are trying to fix the problem and not the real cause of the problem. People who are confident, do not think about where they are looking. It just happens that if you are comfortable you look up! Change your attitude and your gaze will be just fine.

I remembered back in the day, were every other post was about stating your opinion no matter what and don't be afraid to break social norms,if you want to. When the 'alpha' males became the ones that don't speak their mind? I know when,but...law 38. Anyway. The law is about situations where you can gain something from being one with the crowd.Job environment, school, being in front of a police officer(f the police) etc etc. OP is right. You take law 38 as an excuse to be a pussy. Well, the short answer is yes. There is actually the tea ceremony, which is a Dao. But i would recommend to practice the traditional meditation.Sitting down, practicing pranayamas, kriyas etc.

Your overall message is great, you are doing it a miservice with some broscience. The major contributor to hypertrophy is volume. Volume doesn't mean 3x10.It means 5x5,or 10x3 etc etc. But most people choose the 3x10 because it's more time efficient. The Sarcoplasmic Versus Myofibrillar Hypertrophy is a myth.Studies have shown(Brad Schoenfeld most recent) that if you put an average person to a 'powerlifting' or 'bodybuilding' program, there is no deviation both in strength or hypertrophy, but only …

Well,i've read his Gorilla Mindset and i wasn't much impressed at first. Then i read it again.I realized it's not what he 'tells' you to do,but the habits that he unconciously puts into you.His ideas aren't the most groundbreaking thing you read. But his lines, how he phrases them and how he has structured them have a significant effect.I can write in one sentence what the book is about.Positive self talk.Done.But you have to read it.It's an 'alive' book that will work through you.Although don't ex…

Also,if we take into account that people of this generation can live well beyone 70s and be in good health(if they choose to),then we can see the needle moving even further.

Funny how the fat ones are talking about metabolism, while they consume 3000+ calories, which in comparison to a 1800-2000kcal diet, even in relation to the weight, requires a much faster metabolism, meaning that if you drop 500 kcal(1pound per week) you would still consume double the calories.

You need to get out more. 'The desire for monogamy is inherently beta.' 'Why sign up to be cucked.' 'I've never once believed in monogamy since my high-school sweetheart cheated on me. ' Yup.Emotional non-sense.

Yup.The dark triad characteristics are there to learn from.Except maybe mach, you can't be a real narc or phsyc, unless you are in the 1% that suffers from a disorder.

So there is you answer.Go ahead and build your company and don't even think not to.You are in a position to do it,so do it.

If you are virgin, socially retarded or haven't had sex in years then you should devote some years solely into pussy*. If not,you can work on your company. You don't have to be a monk though.Have sex when you can, just don't make it your #1 priority. *Many driven college kids in their 20s,make work an excuse for being so bad with women and people in general. It is very important to work and suceed(more important than pussy),but if you have zero experience, you will be left behind.Take a look at the …

You are in high school. Forget EVERYTHING about alpha/beta,SMV,plate etc. You wanna get laid in highschool?Get into sports, get in theatre or get into music.Done.You can't work on your social value or your body language or mindset right now, because you are a teenager, that hangs around with teenagers. All you have to do,is choose one of the above activities. Also, your idea of an alpha male is probably a guy that fucks a lot of chicks, has money,is edgy and independent right?Well that stands true in …

Wait,i am confused.Did you use the example of yourself as a wannabe alpha?Because,i don't want to sound rude here, you were passive agressive to this guy and while in a relationship you swooped the asian girl away.In a clever way,but still, they were talking and could probably keep going if you weren't convenietly leaving. I understand what you tried to say here, but it is obvious that this guy got under your skin. If you've posted JUST the title i would agree with you.

Agreed. On another note,if you are white,go to spanish speaking countries,if spanish go to eastern/balkan european countries etc etc.You get the point.Unless you are too off their culture(meaning a black guy in italy for example) you will stand out.You will be the foreign new guy.

Yeah,i totally understand that feeling. Not an agressive but a more condescending look.I can assure you that 90% of them were betas feeling insecure around so many women.Don't think about it. Chit chat,be funny, flirty and touchy. If you look most guys dancing around with girls, they barely look them in the eyes, hover hands, they have a-dog-like expression in their face. When you are dancing, look at them in the eyes,smile/smirk,hold them tight, talk to them etc.The competition is low.

I don't know,i didn't do zumba. But imo, a more traditional tango/salsa etc would be better,as you will partner with some chick most of the time.

Youtube is fine, but if you have the time,go to a proper dancing calss. 1)A LOT of chicks(fit juicy chicks) 2)Dancing IS a form of game, which you will practice a lot,for free, without being a creep. 3)Get a bunch of experience interacting with women. 4)Build a solid circle of chicks.Every women outside, seeing you with 3-4 girls will be drooling. 5*)This is more of a tip/advice.Guys there are total beta male pussies trying to get it in or gays.If you are reading RP long enough and hit the gym,you w…

Pretty decent field report for a change. The part, where you realize it's a shit test is gold. And a good strategy. Before you start going off to someone ,think first. The op wrote it down,so that's even better, because you can read it later and realize how cringy you would sound to the person you are talking or texting to.

What a bunch of generalized, cookie cutter ,arbitrary BS. inb4 i get downvoted, because i won't give in at the emotional spiral of 'being an Alpha' and being masculine. The past generations responsible for 2 WW.The average joe 100 years ago, married a shitty ugly wife to survive, had 10 hungry kids, worked 12 hours for nothing, then he got drafted to a war that left him damaged and scared for life. 'But he did the right thing, raised a proper family with proper values'.Raised a generation of baby boome…

Interesting. Momentum is important,in order to start and get going. I don't think you will ever be at point zero again,at least mentally.People that fucked 30 women, won't go dry for a year(unless they do it by choice). If you ever make over 100k,you will never go broke again. You learned to make money.Period. Now,the physique/health thing is tricky. You can fall off the wagon, because it's not exclusively a mental thing. You get tired and bored. I believe at one point, you should not think about this…

We can make an even broader arguement. When you believe in a set of values or philosophy, people often pre-judge you based on their views on those said values. This is not inherently a bad thing but when we are talking about non mainstream philosophies, where the average joe is misinformed,his/her conclusions about you, will be a product of the general consensus and not of his/her critical thinking.E.G the red pill are a bunch of woman hating nerds or going to the gym=dumb etc. To expand even more,r…

Well, the dog thing isn't the best example,as it implies that someone else must discipline you(i.e Clara should have disciplined the dog). But yeah i agree on some deegre. Although i have to point out, that life should not look like a motivational video. You don't need instrumental music, with stallone shouting in the backround while you go hard at the gym or study for 12 hours straight. Discipline is about choices.Smart choices. It doesn't have to be hard,it just has to be conistent. You don't need t…

Clarification LTR=/=monogamous*. 1.A LTR won't hinder that opportunity. You should already know this if you read any RP theory. 2.How to be in a LTR is something you learn. 3.Yeah,maybe.If it's true, break up. 4.LTR does not mean a monogamous* relationship nor a 10 year relationship either. 5.No.You will want to attract the same women you attracted 5 years ago.Young and in their early-mid twenties. 6.BS.Women trade sex for devotion.Men trade devotion for sex.If you find a 'hungry' one, just move on…

It may sound harsh, but i don't think your situation with your dad will change dramatically at that age.If he gets away from her, your mother will be an emotional wreck and then your father(based on your story) will come back. The only advice i can offer,is that YOU go and talk to him.Tell him that however he thinks that his life is shit,he's gonna have his SON with him. Also take him outside. If you have the time go fishing,go and get hammered together.Do shit where a father can teach his son abou…
