I learned to play piano from never touched a key to a solid 7/10 skillset in 18 months without a single lesson. 1 hour a day, everyday, for the first two months when you are learning fingering and scales and chords. I work in a similar field and have observed the same thing. The boots on the ground workers at 95% male. The office managers are 50% women. So how the fuck does this happen?
