I said death rate would be better than confirmed cases and that comparing policies would be better than just death rate alone. I should have clarified they could be used in conjunction. I notice you’re not defending the misleading use of only confirmed cases when it doesn’t take in to account how many tests countries are or are not doing. In fact you couldn’t even mention it.
