| 1 | Advice on MagistrateI am in FL. From what I read and been told. It is referred to a Magistrate when the judge is backed up on cases. The Magistrate is just a lawyer appointed by the judge to hear our case instead of the judge and then give the judge a recommendation on our case. I just don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing and if anyone had experience with this.
