Been divorced almost 6 years and ex is taking me back to court to try to take away part of my 60-40 custody and get more child support. It is a mess and I can not afford an attorney. I make less money now and she is claiming to make nothing but the child support I give her.

Anyways there is a lot going on and after putting in a motion to compel against her it has now been asked to be heard by a Magistrate and not the judge. I have 10 days to appeal this and not sure how I should proceed. Would I get more of a chance to speak and be heard in front of a Magistrate? I have been ran over by these courts already and expect it to go the same where my side never gets told and I just lose more. Any advice?
