I understand - it's a vicious cycle. Your lack of confidence is negatively affecting how you pursue girls, which is negatively affecting your confidence. Just change your mindset. You're talking to a girl just to talk to her and to see if you two would get along. Don't think about the sex that may or may not happen. After all, you're not guaranteed to have sex with her, and you're not guaranteed to be disappointing even if you do.

What's the point even if you DO get laid? You might have a slight boost in sexual confidence, but it's not going to resolve any of the deeper issues you have with yourself. If you don't have social skills, you need to go out there and build them.

How exciting can a typical high school student be anyway? Current events are awesome conversation starters. As far as confidence, you can't turn on a switch and just be "confident". You go out there and practice and you acquire it over time. Do you think someone who just started playing basketball is going to be as confident as Kobe or LeBron? No way. As far as flirting, eye contact goes a long way. Touch goes a long way.

Yep, seen this a couple of times. It's 21 minutes, but it's definitely worth a watch.

If you hesitate, you masturbate.

Try to comment on something situational, or something that you observe in your environment. Or something that you observe about her. Best way to get good at this is to practice with strangers on a daily basis.

Yea, try to do something else after the show. Maybe show her something in your bedroom. As you said, she already likes you, so you don't need to over think things. If you are having a good time, then go in for the kiss and go from there.

Lots of guys have this mentality. If there's a girl you like, then you'll fear "messing things up" if you do something awkward. Of course, with any other girl, you don't have this same problem. The advice here is to change your mindset where you don't really care about "messing things up".

If she invites you to her place after the date, that's basically her holding a sign up saying she wants to get in your pants.

Yea, just have fun. Since it's your first time, soak in the environment. Some clubs it's nearly impossible to do since it's so loud, but try to talk to some girls to see how interactions at a club differ from normal interactions.

Easy: Hang out with people who are witty.

Here's an idea: intentionally put yourself in awkward situations. If you can manage being in those situations, then you'll be desensitized when it comes to less awkward situations, like a break in conversation.

There's something that every girl loves to talk about. You just need to find out what it is. I'd say a lot of times, small talk is okay on your first encounter.

Did she contact you and ask to hang out and smoke? Giving a massage works. But eventually you'll have to go in for the kiss. No guts, no glory. If she resists, just tell her you misread her signals to avoid awkwardness.

Can't worry about things you can't control. I'd say for some girls, being short is a deal-breaker, but for most, it's not as big of a deal as you think.

1) You don't warm up, you just go. Talking to strangers like you have been doing definitely will help you approach girls right off the bat. 2) Just because a girl is super attractive doesn't mean you should treat her differently from anyone else. Realize there's millions of super attractive girls out there. Approach whoever you want. It's not like you're asking for their hand in marriage!

Check out the DiCarlo Escalation Ladder. I wouldn't say follow it to a T, but it may give you some ideas.

If she's back at your place, chances are she knows what she's getting herself into. Of course, if you have an excuse to show her something at your place, then naturally lead into that. One tip I learned is if you're inviting her to your place, tell her to take her shoes off. 1) That shows her that you keep a clean place, and 2) It makes the girl subconsciously think she's going to stay longer, and makes it easier to escalate. I recommend going in for the kiss as soon as possible. Within the firs…

You waited too long to set up a date. Talking through text doesn't get you too far. Not only that, but you're enamored with a girl who you've only met face-to-face once. It's been two months since Halloween, and you haven't made a move. In the meantime, put yourself out there, have more experiences, meet more girls.

If you're in the friendzone, it will be an uphill battle to get out. Even if there's mutual attraction, she might not want to lose the friendship. You need to move on. And don't make the same mistake of befriending a girl. Make your intentions crystal clear.

Ha nice FR. Enjoyed reading it. I don't see any downside in giving the number out. It's just a number; it's not like your buddy is committed to do anything with this girl.
/r/seduction06/01/14 09:45 PM

Just work on becoming a better conversationalist. Talk to strangers every day. Small talk is generally considered okay when you're meeting someone for a first time; of course, what you want to do is hit on something that the girl can ramble on and on about.
/r/seduction02/01/14 07:22 AM

If you keep doing the same thing, don't expect your results to be any different. Figure out what might be the cause of your problems - analyze everything. Remember to make the girl as comfortable as possible throughout the date.

Shit tests.. Her: "You are too young for me." You: "You're right. You should take me out for ice cream and read me a bedtime story afterwards."

Rude how? You're not the first person to get a girl's number and not contact them, and you won't be the last. Plus, girls openly give out their numbers to most guys who they have a half-decent conversation with. That means they have hundreds of numbers too...of guys they have no intention of pursuing.

Whenever I approach someone and just want to strike up a conversation, I somehow manage to completely make my intentions unclear. In the back of my head I'm thinking "You should totally do her" or something among the lines which was probably the reason I approached a girl in the first place Don't over-think things. Talk to an attractive female the way you'd talk to anyone else. Just remember, at some point, she'll have to know what your intentions are. Obviously, if you're approaching girls at a…

Don't be insecure about your kissing technique; obviously, she likes you and she liked your kissing her, or else she wouldn't have wanted more! Good luck.

Obviously you'd be more comfortable around guys since you don't want to get in their pants and you're outcome independent (you don't care if they like you or not). To overcome this here's a little mental trick. Tell yourself that you're going to make a fool of yourself in front of the girls and make it a really positive thing. Tell yourself that you're going to get rejected and that you WANT to get rejected. Try to get rejections every day. Once you've done this you're no longer going to be afra…

You haven't built enough rapport. There's decent investment on her part to meet you up for drinks. But definitely try again in a few days. She even said next time she'll definitely come, so hold her up to her word.

Must be the feeling of ambivalence. Care to describe that more in detail? Or maybe it's a lack of sensitivity in your penis. Stop masturbating, and see if that helps.
/r/seduction17/12/13 11:31 PM

Just be honest. Say she caught your eye and you wanted to meet her. Sometimes, in these daytime situations, it's better to be direct, because the girls can be in a rush to go somewhere or do something.

You can either 1) Continue to feel bad about it, or 2) Move on and talk to other women. Remember, you have to look at this as a positive: that it was a learning experience.

It's definitely not bad for lighthearted stuff (flirty texts or jokes), but it's tough to build a connection with someone over text.

Approached a dozen women, took 3 back to your apartment, and made out with 2...doesn't seem like you're failing that badly. Keep at it. A LOT of girls won't have sex with you after one date, two dates, even five.

Conversations are all about tone and body language. And being unique. If things aren't working for you now, then you need to try to find out what you're doing wrong by experimenting with different styles.
/r/seduction13/12/13 10:46 PM
1

Hmm, I'd say there should be a healthy balance. Don't be the guy who only talks about himself on dates and has no interest in listening to what the girl has to say. On the other hand, don't be the guy who can't carry on a conversation and creates awkward silences.
/r/seduction13/12/13 10:29 PM

1) Just be yourself. If you try to be someone else, you'll be nervous and awkward at the same time... 2) Realize nothing will matter in 1,000 years.

This does work in day game, because it triggers an emotional response. Typically, girls in these settings don't have their bitch shield up, and don't expect you to hit on them.

It's tough man. You can't convey tone or body language through text, so you're reduced to just words. From this thread, you'll probably see that most seddit-ers doesn't believe in building attraction through text.

I recommend not using any kino that you normally don't. If you're truly interested in her, ask her to hang out, but make it more of a "date setting". If she feels like she's on a date, but just wants you as a friend, she'll clear the air.
/r/seduction08/12/13 04:32 AM

No one is born with a passion. They're developed over time when people repeatedly put effort into something. What do you put effort in? There's gotta be something you find yourself spending time doing.
/r/seduction08/12/13 03:46 AM
2

It happens. If she wasn't responding well to your kino, then you should have moved on. Or just say something like: "Hey, I had so much fun chatting with you. I would love to get a coffee with you", and grab her number.
/r/seduction08/12/13 03:39 AM

If you already have your arms wrapped around each other, she's almost expecting you to kiss her...so do it. Most girls don't want you to ask, they just want you to do it somewhat spontaneously.

Depends on the girl. Numbers are just numbers, but if I have a memorable interaction with a girl, and I get her number, then yeah, I guess I do feel amazing.

Girls who work at the gym are open to talking with the gym members! Just ask her something related to fitness, and go from there.

Not much of a routine, but just try to be yourself. If you try too hard to be someone else, it's obvious and can be awkward. Everyone has a strength, so emphasizing that part of yourself helps.

I think a lot of men fail with woman when they try to be someone they are not. If you are not an alpha don't try to be one. There's so many guys who would be better off if they just followed this one piece of advice.
/r/seduction06/12/13 09:28 PM

Be genuine, man. Actually take an interest in the girl instead of thinking about the end result (sex), which ironically, leads to sex more often.
/r/seduction06/12/13 09:14 PM

Touching is just one signal, but there's other signs too. If you guys have chemistry and are having an awesome time, that is the perfect time to kiss her. If there's awkward silence/forced conversation, then that means the kiss will be awkward too.

For girls who have headphones, you can stop them and motion for them to take their headphones out. When they take off their headphones, mouth words, but don't make a sound. Always gets a laugh.
/r/seduction06/12/13 06:52 AM

Seems like you've answered your own question. Girls are different. Many want to be kissed on the first date, others are okay with not being kissed on the first. Just look at her signs: is her language flirty, is she touching you, etc. Girls who are more reserved are typically okay with not being kissed on the first date, but wait too long, and she'll lose interest.
/r/seduction06/12/13 06:47 AM

Don't be too invested in what happens with your ex. There's only so much you can control. Meet other girls. Become a better man (although it seems like you're already doing this).
/r/seduction04/12/13 11:06 PM

Ask her about her opinion on things. Tease her. Smile. Keep in mind interactions are not just verbal. If things get boring, figure out what nonverbal messages you have been sending, and adjust.

Can't tell if you're gonna be able to accomplish tasks? Write them down, check them off when you're done. Can't socialize? Holding conversations is a SKILL, and with all skills, they are sharpened with practice. Sometimes, you have to trick yourself to be confident. Hell, you're 20 years old. If you just put in the effort to grow every day, you can get where you want to be at 25...easy. Confidence is a trait you must have to succeed in anything. To be honest with you, without confidence, it will…

Yes, it's absolutely just another excuse your brain makes. You've just got to trick your brain to approach no matter what. So what if she has a boyfriend? Either way, she'll be flattered that you approached.
/r/seduction03/12/13 08:49 AM

Nothing's changed from last year. You're still the same person, but your mindset is different. Just remember: never let one girl's opinion (your ex) determine your self-worth.
/r/seduction03/12/13 08:45 AM
1

Girls are NOT the solution. Don't let what a girl thinks about you determine your self-worth. Depressed? Close your eyes. Do you feel any physical pain? If not, then you just need to change your mentality. One trick to combat depression is to think about the abundance of what you have: good college, amazing internship, etc., instead of what you do not have.
/r/seduction03/12/13 08:37 AM

You can turn a girl by her shoulder and hold out your hand. Alternatively, you can exude so much energy on the dance floor that girls will naturally gravitate towards you. Reddit_SLC gave some good advice. Invite her to an afterparty. Another thing you can do is to ask them to leave with you to another bar. This increases the chance that they will eventually leave with you to your place. Just have fun with it.
/r/seduction03/12/13 08:03 AM

Awesome bro. Do what you want in life, and you'll have no regrets.
/r/seduction03/12/13 07:43 AM

It's all about not being self-conscious. Can you maintain eye contact with an inanimate object, like a chair? Of course. That's because the chair does not have the ability to judge you. You'll just have to develop the same mindset with women.

We can give you advice, but it's all up to you. If you want money, then get a job. If you want to focus on school, then do that. But figure out what you're passionate about, what you want to do with your life, and how you're going to get there. Make sure you're growing every day.
/r/seduction02/12/13 06:23 AM

Agreed. Keep in mind that texting too much can actually make you lose attraction. However, it's great for setting up a time and place for a date. Text confidently: "Let's grab coffee this Friday at _____ :) ".

/r/seduction02/12/13 06:14 AM

All the advice in this thread is great, but logistics is a big part of getting a girl back to your place. For example, if she's with just one friend, it's tough to get her to leave her friend for you.
/r/seduction02/12/13 06:04 AM

Sometimes girls just want to vent. Let her vent, listen to her, but cut her off at some point.
/r/seduction02/12/13 06:01 AM

It's actually better to text the girl either right away or the next day, so that she remembers who you are. A solid first text could include a joke about something from your encounter.
/r/seduction02/12/13 05:48 AM

Approach right away when you're rolling solo. The night becomes a lot better when you start it off on the right track.
/r/seduction02/12/13 05:30 AM

How do I learn to approach girls? Just do it. Go up and say "Hi", take an interest in them. Sometimes my friends and I play a game where the person who gets the most rejections for the night gets free food or drinks. How do I build confidence to actually try it and not fear being rejected? Who cares if you get rejected? EVERYONE gets rejected. None of it will matter in 1000 years, hell none of it will probably matter in 1 month. Where do I even go to meet people? I can text girls and get them in…
/r/seduction29/11/13 07:02 AM

Sure, but keep in mind that there's so many variables that will be unknown to you, like the personality of the girl you're texting. You'll need a significant sample size (maybe 1000s) to make any real correlation.
/r/seduction29/11/13 06:55 AM

bearze hit the nail on the head, but just wanted to add in the fact that it's best to make your intentions known within a couple of minutes. It seems like you're a guy who excels at longer, deeper conversations, but be upfront about how you feel about a girl.

Yes, I've experienced this. In fact, I moved to a city where I knew no one, and all of my co-workers were married with kids. Just gotta go out and meet people. For me, it was easy because I play a lot of basketball and met a lot of people through pickup games.

Books are useful, but they're written based off of another person's experiences. Use them as a guide, not as the absolute truth. Equip yourself with the knowledge from books, but you will only get better if you go out and practice.

Nothing's wrong with you. You just have to train yourself to be more spontaneous around women. The more you do it, the easier it will get.
