BJJ can be depressing too. I got sweep + mount from shin to shin guard on a huge black belt judo dude who is 20 kilos heavier than I am (at least) and missed an armbar that was literally kissing my face, fucked it up and he smashed me through the floor to the neighbors beneath us. feelsbadman.

I have the same problem. I just replace it with BJJ.

Yep they are the opposites. I quit jacking off to get rid of ED, which worked but it led to PE, since that's how it usually goes.

Well, if you have ED, it is not necessarily because you have shit genetics. It is because you have performance anxiety. Brother, I suffered from ED as well as PE. And then ED and PE were gone and replaced by an utter inability to finish so, to my partners delights, I could go on forever (mind you, hours), but it did nothing for me (although it was a graciously accepted problem to have). Eventually I learnt to ease into it. My strategy was to not worry about pleasing someone else, and just focus …

"The model predicts that performance anxiety constitutes a strong predictor of erectile dysfunction. Masters and Johnson (1970) suggested that anxiety about sexual performance was the most important immediate cause of sexual dysfunction. One study found performance anxiety to be the main predictor of erectile dysfunction as well as other aspects of sexual dysfunction including orgasm and desire, even after controlling several factors such as lifestyle and relationship dynamics (McCabe 2005). Woah woah. Did you try to take pills? If ED is making you consider the worst, I am afraid it isn't the ED that's the issue.

Bro. I was at a party yesterday where a woman literally was shouting that all white men are pigs etc. I didn't give a fuck but this other white dude decided that, for some real or another, he must argue with her. He said that this is a massive sexist generalisation. You know what happened next. Turns out she's half Malay (doesn't look one bit Malay, if you ask me) and decided that was enough to qualify her to bash a general group freely. Long story short, she made zero points to defend her stupi…

Not only that, you had a lot to lose (or absolutely nothing to gain) from protectinghim (why would anyone do that) and a lot to gain from bringing his actions to light: better recognition of your morals, your peers now rely on you more. This should be TRP 101. I don't understand how people don't see this. People who are saying "you destroyed another man's life" - fuck off with that shit.

I'm reading this book called 'What Every BODY is saying.' by Joe Navarro, a retired FBI interrogator. The book details many non-verbal cues that are helpful to autists such as myself to understand the situation, some of which you mentioned as well. I would definitely recommend people over here using it to help calibrate their approaches.

The Brain: The Story Of You David Eagleman It is the single most fundamental book that has defined, to me, the concept of learning and the way that our brains work. It has helped me understand that repetition is the true secret behind skill-acquisition. It has made me think that what defines me is, in fact, not what I have learnt. Rather, what defines me is what I have unlearned over the past years. I have unlearned some of my beta principles, I have unlearned the way I used to be, I have unlear…

Maybe. But I think it's a good thing to see the struggle, so I can relate to it, as opposed to seeing the final product and getting daunted by it. There's something about a sculptor chipping away at a hunk of rock that makes people want to stop and stare, appreciate the effort and imagine them doing it too, than to look at the final product and keep on guessing whether David was sculpted by the gods.

Don't get me wrong: I do not despise weed smokers. I smoked it too, and I've quit for now since I felt that it severely hampered my attention-span. I used to do it to manage pain after BJJ, but now I choose to stretch instead and see no need for it.
/r/TheRedPill14/08/18 02:07 PM
3

I'd say both, but for weed it depends on frequency. But I am willing to consider if someone used to smoke in the past, but eventually decided to quit and successfully has. That depends on whether they are trying to clean up their act because the wall is approaching.
/r/TheRedPill14/08/18 09:59 AM

Very good work. For me, smoking is off-putting from the get go, as it makes people look a lot older than they are (its fucks with the nutrition-carrying capacity of your blood, which fucks with your skin). So if they cannot control that aspect of their life, you'll be stuck with a zombie who looks 40+ when they are actually 25.

Satellites do not process data. They only acquire it. Ground stations receive these data and send it to the data processors, which comprises of hardware complied by a knowledge institute, such as NASA, and individual algorithms contributed by (for example) other knowledge innstitutes. There's a dude in my BJJ gym whose presence (very warm: I know. Sounds gay af) commands respect, but in a very covert sort of way. There's nothing wrong about it. The dude was experienced so I expected some knowledge about foot locks (he was also going for them). In any case, you talked about your coach being angry, at you I presume? I don't think humiliation is a bad motivator: it is a powerful one because you don't want to feel like that again.
/r/askTRP04/07/18 09:39 AM

So humiliation is the key here. I got a dose of it recently when a new guy joined our gym and submitted me in front of my coach 3 times (foot lock on the injured side). My coach was clearly disappointed. I never felt so bad before. This guy submitted me while I had a clear bite on the heel hook, but I NEVER finished it because he didn't know what it was or how to defend it. Thinking about it makes me seeth with anger. I am going through the same problems right now. Reading (listening) NMMNG. Difficult to get rid of nice guy attitude (not related to women, just in general). That inner bitch goes and comes. But it comes back less often these days. Only problem is during BJJ sparring, I do a lot of catch and release instead of going for the kill. I feel this is a niceguyTM thing because I am a bitch about hurting other folks.

I'm playing the Devil's advocate here: I think it was Bruce Lee who said that to a beginner and the master, a punch is just a punch and a kick is just a kick. To the aspiring intermediates, such as myself, fretting about the small details is a part of the development process towards mastering RP concepts. This is why you may hear all this noise in the RP subs. I'll minimise mine to the best extent possible.

Not an expert but I have been through this before. Exes will game you because they want to feel that power of you falling for them. That's it. I think perceived as a high value man is the actual trick in the book. I remember one girl who I could never do anything to even though I tried everything on the book (dropping hot wax, spanking with bruises etc.) and nothing happened. Take a break from squatting. Do some hip openers. I am not an expert, but from what I have learnt from listening to my Physios and the experts, if your knee hurts and there aren't any areas with a swell, it's usually something else in the kinetic chain (so, tight hip flexors, tight calves, tight hamstrings and quads, or you jave a history of injury on one side of your body and your body is trying to compensate for giving you the extra mobility for ATG squats, which eventually compromises your kn…

I'm thinking about incorporating it into BJJ. Roll light every time and more frequently and once every four weeks roll hard and then back off for three. This way, I can rack up mat hours without affecting my hoals of getting jacked. I wonder how far one can apply this philosophy. I guess this is the only aspect in which I will have to disagree with OP. You can train hard and smart and not be sore the next say, so that you can put in consistent effort in other endeavours.

People only accept ass whoopings from people they place their trust on. This community is a trusted community, especially because the sense of anonymity affords strangers that trust, and also because the people in here have faced/are facing a similar uphill battle. I come here because I need a reality check, much like the horse that needs to figure out where the water is on its own, and the community being the prods that 'guide' me there.

Perfect timing, OP. Been in a rut past few days.

I needed this. Been in a rut these past two days. Missed one BJJ class. Thanks, my dude. I'm not fucking anything up today.

It's over, from my perspective.

My dude. Keep dropping these pearls of wisdom. I'm learning a lot from this sub and your words. :)

Naim Suleymanoglu is the best example. Lifting depends on leverages, which predominantly depends on genetics.

No Facebook, you faggot. Got rid of it to avoid cancer posts like yours. Funny to find them here at trp.

Game other women. You don't need to succeed. Over time, your mentality will change as you start seeing yourself as the priority. Give it some time, brother.

Yep. Not LTR material for sure.

I'm not an expert but I think you cucked yourself. Why the fuck would you kick someone out when they are under the influence? I've lost many friends to that shit.
/r/askTRP08/06/18 10:00 AM

I regret having an LTR during the days when I should have been gaming other women. I'm learning it the hard way now. I'd break it off. LTRs are not worth shit when you're 17. This is oneitis. Again, there should be a bot for this.

I had once encountered the infamous stinkpuss (was my first time too). Smelled like rotten onions. I will never forget it. If I even cook with deep fried onions, I am reminded of a past I once buried deep within.

What a cancerous sub. Why the fuck would you post there. It's just women seeking validation and dudes trying to be less insecure. Looks like you're trying to be funny because you've decided in your head that it's the only way for people to like you. Don't be that guy. Be funny, but only to your bros, maybe office mates. But don't dole out your personality like its a low hanging fruit.

Share your technique, sensei. I was dating this one chic with whom I would get a lockjaw and nothing would happen. Huge blow to my ego. I always thought I was a natural. Now dating someone who finishes way faster. But always willing to learn. What the fuck do you do with your hands?

Ok. This is probably what you don't wanna hear but I'm going to say it. It's your first time. It will suck. But it will suck a whole lot more if all you're doing is thinking about it like there's steps to it that you must follow. Listen to everyone here, but don't try to seek to do it. You'll learn as you go. Trust that last bit and you'll do fine, my brother.

Man. This is hitting home. I live downtown. I'm 26, I am alone. I have a social circle but I don't get invited out as much as I'd like. I also live in a foreign country with a language I barely speak. It fucking sucks to look out the window and see all these people having fun all the time. But remember: just like social media, you're only seeing the best of prople's lives and comparing it with your best and worst. I would suggest meetups, but not the gay ones where they play cards against humani…

This concept is new to me. Perceived attraction. More like 'assigned' attraction, then? They assign a level of attraction to you, and IF you up your SMV, there's a small chance they revise this 'assigned' attraction, yes?

So the low libido is a sort of ASD here? She's also posting on a public forum. So is this also an example of her trying to justify her breaking up because the fiance has literally no fault she can chip away at?

Dude. I was legit not joking. Kimura is a power move, so probably it will help with your dominant aspect?
/r/askTRP04/06/18 04:04 PM

Use the kimura grip. Offer elbow/underhook. Switch and take the underhook instead, and grab the wrist with a C grip. The only way to escape that is by giving you the entire upper body to control - so, no way to escape.

You were the ore. You took the pill and put yourself in the crucible. You are now your own blacksmith. It's harsh. You'll lose a part of you, that should never have been there in the first place. But it's liberating. I'm going through the same, brother.

Simply put: there's nothing the manosphere gains from you accepting or rejecting the red pill. I'd say that in fact you're only slightly helping them by remaining blue pilled. Whereas everyone else has a lot to gain off of you if you remain blue pilled. Your move. Men are forged.

A strategy I came up with is to plan something you wanted to do in the first date, but conveniently forget about it. Gives leverage for second/third/nth date/lay if the idea was good enough. For ex. Cook dinner together, make dessert. Eat dinner. Forget dessert. Do the deed. Kick her out. Next day 'oops we forgot dessert. let's go?'. This could help with the 'too soon' factor, perhaps.

Sounds like she's manipulating you with her emotions, and certainly keeping sex off the table. I didn't read everything, but you're actually explaining her stuff. Don't. I struggle with this myself, but just don't explain shit. If you're who you want to be, there shouldn't be even a need to explain yourself. It shows dependence, imo.

Just met a rebound with whom things went south. I was with a friend who told me to stay away from her absolutely, and I ignored him. This was back when I was a cuck and she was/still is a whale. I just pretended nothing happened. Things went quite well from there. Just pretend nothing happened and maintain frame. Flirt with other girls in front of her. Who the fuck cares.

Would you go against a member of your pack while you were days out chasing a hunt, starving, dying of thirst? Would you go against a fellow comrade in a war? The girl is irrelevant here.

After 9.5 years together, I get dumped. This is after I move to a different country. There's a whole lot of drama that goes on for three years. Basically I block her, and a year later I unblock her because I have moved on and blocking isn't necessary any more. She texts me the day after I unblock her. More drama. Few weeks ago (this is after 4 years of dumping me), she asks me to get back together. I am bewildered, because I am here abroad, doing my PhD, have big goals and there she is 7000 kms …
