Ignore bitterness, and those who are angry and emotional. You see some anti-women rhetoric here, but people forget that a lot of men are fuck ups and do weird, pathetic cringe shit as well. Men are not somehow superior to women - both genders have their bad apples. Stick purely to theory, keep emotion out of your Red Pill learning experience. You'll have a much better time with women if you aren't so bitter about them all the time. The theory here is absolutely spot on, but don't get consumed by…

Part of the reason I'm here. The amount of opportunities where I had chicks sitting on my lap, arse near my dick, stroking me and looking into my eyes, and I still didn't get with them. It's the level of cringe where you look back on it 5-10 years later and contemplate suicide over.

For sure. I knew I had at least swallowed part of the red pill when I started identifying the ways my mum had my dad on a leash and barked orders at him like a dog.

You don't even have to be fit and lift. If you aren't fat, you're fine. Lifting definitely helps, but it isn't some final solution that will get you laid. Your personality is like 80% of the game. People that tell you how to live your life, telling you to quit hobbies so that you aren't a 'loser' don't understand the concept of alpha. Alphas live by their own rules. They do whatever the fuck they want. An alpha is about the kind of person you are, not the hobbies you do.

I see this hatred of video games come up fairly often nowadays here. Video games are fine in moderation, just like anything else. My most alpha friend, who has fucked more girls in his teens than most people on this sub will in their whole lives is a nerd. He's played WoW for years, has played Dota, Rust etc. He just doesn't sit at his computer playing them for 12 hours a day. Video games are only harming you if they are your life. Video games don't make an alpha male "un-alpha".

To repeat what others have said, these are no doubt good tips. But introversion is not the problem. Social awkwardness/anxiety is an issue. Introversion is more about not being fucked talking, rather than being scared to talk. Anxiety/social awkwardness is about wanting to talk and express themselves but not being able to appropriately. Confident introverts are a thing.

It is mostly a time-sink, but there isn't much wrong if you play in moderation and aren't sitting there for hours every day playing them. As long as you have a life outside of games (gym, uni, work, social life, other hobbies etc) then you're fine.

Nothing is wrong with video games in moderation. Just don't let it consume your life. My most alpha friend, who fucks more women than most people on this sub, is a gaming nerd. Plays WoW occasionally, sometimes LoL etc. He just isn't sitting there for hours every day playing them and doing nothing else. He lifts, parties and fucks chicks on the reg.

He didn't even like Hillary. He just disliked Trump more.

This is a great power-lifting routine if you're going mainly for strength with some size gains, but if your priority is size gains (which I'm assuming is a majority of this sub) then you're better off with a bodybuilding program.

Feminism is not about equality. Feminism is about improving women's rights on the assumption that there is inequality, which there isn't. In fact I'd argue women are privileged in today's society, and receive better treatment, both through policy and through cultural attitudes. Egalitarianism is true equality. If someone wants equality of all people, they are egalitarian, not feminist. Look to the French Revolution - liberte, egalite, fraternite translates to liberty, equality, fraternity. The n…

Good stuff. It's a cliche, but it's true - acknowledgement of one's own mistakes is an important step in correcting said mistakes.

You gave a terrible response. You just came across as angry. The whole point of being alpha is to not lose frame and let emotions get the better of you. Even if you weren't angry, it comes across as if you are in the message. Just my opinion, but I think you've read TRP but haven't figured out the context in which to put it in place. It seems a very unusual response.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
