Outside of CS I never understood while thr payor's future earnings is ever considered. It us like everyone is still married and tied together financially. I am speaking for CS not outside of CS. are future earnings/ investment and things they own or their spouse own will affect CS? so if I my new wife have investment on her name. can my ex claim that I own that too?

In my settlement offer, I explicitly put the clause “no claim on future income” beyond the agreed-to settlement. She agreed to it, and the court approved it. I am sure that exclude CS!

It's called manipulation. there is no affection going on there. I feel sorry for you bro! wake up. If you live in the south I can come over and give you a good slap to wake you up. that would save you so much $$$$ Love you! be safe, don't fall for it.

But something like this would be on the discretion of the presiding judge. In years past, men that were paying alimony would elect not to get remarried because their ex-wife would take them back to court to get a percentage of the new wife's earnings. Really? wow shit! I am talking about CS only. no alimony

The stress and anxiety are killing me. why mate? if I only had 4 years left, I would be popping champagne (figuratively, I don't drink but you got the message lol )

I meant if the divorce is not finalized, he can't remarry right?

5 years not finalized? What keeping you from finalizing your divorce? So you can’t even marry someone else?

If you are using OFW, then you most likely use it as the only form of communication. I am told her to stop emailing me few weeks ago. that's so much better. I have notification turned off as of today and only get digest notification once a day at 9pm. lol mine sent 150 just in the last two weeks. lol I guess it's still fresh. she went to court before and said I wasn't answering and not caring about the kids.

well. you said it. she spent 8k in lawyers fee to get reimbursement for 2k she spent on kids instead of sending me a message lol. that cost me the 2k plus another 7k in lawyers. go figure why lawyers took them that much time to figure out what I should reimbues her for

My ex never offered to assist with any tasks, even when I informed them ahead of time about important events such as doctor appointments, surgeries, and work meetings. her response was always negative. Moreover, she never personally picked up our children, her parents would do so, and she have another child from a different man who would also be picked up along with ours from the same bus/same time. they pick the other kid and not mine. how evil?? Even worst, she complied a list of overtime I re…

anywhere I can find updates on this case? that's really sad. it seemed like this deposition was for custody right?

That's an eye opening man. thanks a lot for sharing. I been looking for more information about this case and could not find any. any idea how things turned out for this man? I don't believe for a second this man would have abused his own daughters. that's disgusting and harsh to do to an ex husband.

that's scary as hell! are those routine in contested divorce or because it's a rape case that this is going like this?

so lawyers can ask parties to make depositions? or is this because it's an abuse case?
/r/Divorce_Men26/02/23 09:16 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
