Having been through university recently I can say that it's still worth going for 'real' subjects. Maths, Engineering, Sciences, etc (personally I studied chemistry). You have 35+ contact hours a week, you're focussed and busy but still have time for some fun. If you're intelligent, otherwise you're wasting your money. Have an IQ of 90-100? Do not go to STEM, do not go to college. Learn a trade. IQ of 115+? Now STEM will begin to make sense and have applicable value.

Rice isn't that healthy, just empty carbs for the most part. A serving of rice has significant quantities of B vitamins, and tons of minerals. Copper, iron, Magnesium, Selenium.
