Part of the problem with all this strong independent stuff being pushed is that most women and some men desperately crave to follow. People like this girl want nothing more than to be led around and told "good job" by a real leader. The media and school keeps telling them they should be strong and independent but they are simply not that type of person and deep down don't want to be.

Now that everything is contract work, temp work, gig work, short term job, long term contract, startup sprint ,ect. People like this cant find a good following position in the real world so they seek it online.
