9	How do I find the confidence to continue approaching? I recently got back into pick up and am experiencing the same thing at the moment. In a complete rut. I'm trying to focus more on body language and tonality since I know I'm very very rusty in that department but man these flakes, rejections, etc. hurt. I don't know how you do your approaches (direct, indirect) or what "school" you follow but one thing I can recommend that works great from my past successes is to try and stay in the set after you get the number. They're looking for "confidence" before they approach. It's not going to happen. Competence is what you want, not confidence. Competence > confidence. How you do get competence? By practicing.
