1	450 mile ride today. Decided to skip the gym and ride for almost 9 hours. Vegas to Kingman to Laughlin to Searchlight and back to Vegas with some in between riding up various roads. I drive my Lotus 7 through the red rock desert to relax once per week in good weather. Today I'm going to skip my workout and ride my bicycle to the next town for breakfast-- 26 miles because I feel like it. Whats that? Its the sound of nobody having any say about it LOL. 3	My boy just recently passed. I’ve had him for 10 years and he’s always been there for me. :( I lost my little buddy Crayola, a Caique, a few months ago. If you look at UT, its an Africa shaped formation just right of center.
