Something is seriously wrong with some of y'all. I can't wrap my head around how you think your response is helpful. She did not physically sleep with anyone. You think what wrote above isn't bad enough? It is. I'm deleting this post soon because it seems like many of you like to pour gasoline on the fire to validate yourselves.

As I said above, I mentioned my children. Regardless of what's "natural," I would never "lose interest" in my kids" - whatever that even means.

I definitely mentioned my children. Read for understanding and not just to respond.

Good stuff. I have one more week at my hiit boot camp before I start lifting. My plan is to lose more weight/fat before I start eating at a calorie surplus.

To clarify, she initiated a "live in" separation where we were separated, but still living together. It was not until the infidelity where I decided to move out.

Yes. She was sexting. I think that's physically cheating.

That's a good point. I chose to leave. I'm wondering if I should have stayed though.

My wife initiated the separation in September. Said she loved me, but wasn't in love. We didn't spend enough time, she felt like she was being controlled (privacy being invaded, etc.) I thought we were taking the time to better ourselves and I started working out. Then I found out about the cheating. She refused to reveal who it was with, although I eventually found out on my own.

Easier said than done, but I agree with you completely. I'm thinking about letting it all go.

Thanks. Things are definitely hard right now, but I'm determined to keep pushing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
