I can definitely relate to some of what you’re feeling, especially the lost purpose & alone parts. I’m waiting to start therapy & also need to start looking into something like joining a church or volunteer group.

This is great advice. Taking care of the entire house, 5 animals & working full time is mainly what I’ve been doing since. It does help to keep my mind off things somewhat but it never ends. I’m not really taking care of myself or doing things I actually enjoy; well I sort of have to find myself again to find out what these things are. I’m waiting to start therapy too.
