I differentiate instruction for injuries and disabilities all the time. We have one woman who had heart surgery and couldn't take a punch to the chest, even with a 4" pad, for over a year. I think the difference is that I've yet to see a Red Pill believer who honestly hates women. Anger, yes. Contempt for their actions, yes. Hatred? No. By contrast, I've never met a feminist who didn't outright loathe men. Far more than the ACTIONS of men, it's men themselves that they abhor.

YMMV, of course, but I prefer not to drink when I'm out. Part of it is being a self defense instructor, and part of it is keeping control over my own "Amused Mastery". I've found it very comfortable to tip the bartender with a 20 and tell him, "Please, whatever I order tonight or is ordered for me, I'd like a water over the rocks with three olives." In another life I was a PE teacher. Can there be anything more ironic than a teenage boy wearing a tee shirt that says, "Just do it!" who can't jog for ninety continuous seconds? The down side for me is that nerve damage from a concussion (MMA, years ago. Don't duck into kicks, kids.) gives me a slight facial tick on one side of my face when I smile. The upside is that it gives me something of a smirk, and I've been told a few times that it looks good on me. Remember "Amused Mastery" (Tomassi).
