Literally just talk to her like a normal person. Sack up and take the initiative/lead on the conversations for a while. Might also help if you were both clear with your intentions, a lot of shyness comes from the uncertainty of not knowing the other person's interest. How about you ask her out on a date?

First I’m going to visit doctor to see if I don’t have health problems because I can’t gain weight, and I also have to quit smoking because I smoke a lot. I remember you. Dude you're just not eating enough, you said in the other post that you're only eating 1000-1500 calories a day. Go see a doctor if you want, but regardless you just need to eat more food. I also don't know how tf you're putting down 1-1.5k calories over 6 meals, they must be the smallest meals ever.

...For real? Well there's your problem. I mean, c'mon my guy that's nothing. Clearly you need to eat more. Increase your calories 200 per week until you start gaining a lb per week on those weekly averages. You should be around the 2k mark for calories, 1-1.5k is borderline starving your body, no wonder you can't gain weight, you're not eating enough to gain anything. Plus more food will fuel your workouts better, you won't get as tired as quickly. Go to r/fitness, read their wiki. Figure out yo…

You didn't answer the question. What are your maintenance calories? If you don't know, start tracking your daily intake along with your daily weight. Average out the weight per week, and use the weekly average to track your gains. Compare that with your caloric intake to figure out what your maintenance calories are.
/r/seduction13/04/22 10:44 AM

For how long? Did you follow a structured lifting program, or just do whatever? What's your caloric maintenance and how much are you eating now? You need to be in a caloric surplus and lifting heavy and consistently for a long period of time to put on good muscle. Aim for 1lb/wk weight gain.

Your weight doesn't seem super high, so I'm guessing you fall under the category of "skinny fat", especially if you're only doing bodyweight workouts. To answer your question directly, you have essentially 2 options: Cut while upping your BW workouts. Keep protein high to retain muscle mass and do the cut to burn body fat. You're looking to hit a ~250-500 cal deficit. Start going to the gym and bulk like a beast. Take advantage of newb gains and put on as much muscle as possible in the first 6mo…

As long as it's more than 0, I really don't care. The better question is how good are we together in bed? If the sex is great, then who cares about the rest.

You're her backup. She'll keep you on the leash until she finds a better option. Cut her off. Move on. Not just for show, for real. You don't need that kind of behavior and disrespect in your life.

Don't assume the hookup. You're just hanging out with a good friend, being your usual badass self. That said, it's never a bad idea to be prepared. Basic shit like carrying condoms, cleaning yourself thoroughly, trimming the hedges, mouthwash, etc. If things start heating up, just be honest. If you're nervous and unsure what to do, let her show you the ropes and run the show for a bit.

Yeah, I wouldn't seriously date a single mother. I am FWBs with one though. Works out great for both of us, she's busy with her kids/job/school most of the time and just wants to get down to business when we meet up.

Female coworker was literally robbed and assaulted while she was getting into her car after shopping at a target. While her hands were full of shit trying to get into the car they came up, stole her shit, threw her to the ground, broke her finger while snatching her phone out of her hand, and ran off. So yeah, don't be creeping up on people getting into their cars.

100% on the cock blocking each other bit. In college, I was friends with some girls in pep band, would hang out at their apartment, go to parties, etc. One of their roommates was cute and I was into her, but she would never talk to me. Cold shoulder every time I tried to talk to her. I took the hint and moved on. 2 years later (after graduating), we match on tinder and end up dating for 6 months. She told me that one of my friends had a crush on me and basically banned any of her friends from go…

As a personal rule, I don't approach in the gym. I'm there to workout and not be bothered. And I operate under the assumption the sentiment is shared by everyone else, unless they talk to me first. Apart from the bro nods to the other regulars, I largely ignore everyone else.

I've noticed how you go about setting the time for the date may yield different outcomes. I used to be all like, "when are you free?" Super vague and many times I'd get vague responses or just straight up ghosting not long after. Now when I give a specific date and time that works for me ("let's meet there at 7 on friday"), I get much better responses. Either they'll confirm that time, or they'll suggest a time that works better for them. Also, once the details are set, put the phone down. Remem…

Congrats, you have standards. They may not be well defined (i.e. hiding in your subconscious), but that means you have a glimpse of an idea of what you're looking for in a woman. This girl ain't it. You won't have chemistry with everyone, that's just the reality of the situation. Hence the whole "dating" thing.
/r/seduction01/02/20 11:03 PM

Yeah I've only ever gotten positive responses when I started doing that. But again, it's more of a safety thing than anything else. As a guy, I never considered "going on a date" to present any form of danger to myself. But it was pointed out to me (via reddit posts and conversations with female friends) that almost all women have some amount of fear or uncertainty when going on dates/meeting new people/being alone in a city. So yeah, now I'll just wait with them until they get in their uber or …

At the end of dates, I ask girls to shoot me a quick text when they get home. More of a safety thing than anything (live in a city), but when they do text back, I usually respond with a "had a great time" and suggest potential plans for a next date if it related to something we talked about during the date ("since we talked about __, lets go check out __ next week"). Suggest a vague time to allow for scheduling conflicts (theirs and yours). If you nail down a time, great. If not, text back a few…

Yes. Shit tests are just girls determining if a guy is worth investing their time and effort in. You shouldn't even have to worry about shit tests as long as you remain confident in who you are and what you want (granted, that's a pretty tall order). This is why shit tests are such an effective filter for girls to use as many dudes are simply out there trying to get laid, pretending to be confident and whatnot simply to get their dicks wet. Guys should be doing the same. Not every girl is de-fac…

I totally get it, I was there man. I learned my lesson when I became so damn busy I couldn't text regularly, and yet I didn't lose girls because of it. Quite the opposite, in fact. Just remember your narrative. You're an interesting, funny guy with a lot going on in his life (job, gym, friends, etc). She's not the only thing you're focused on. I'm with /u/getyourlifeplease. Be upfront and honest with her. Then move on to another chick. If her other thing doesn't workout, then she can come back to you. But remember, you're a cool and confident guy. You're not focusing or idolizing a single chick. You asked her out on a date, she didn't 100% reject, only deferred while seeing where things go with another guy. I also intruded your post history. You've spent the last week asking reddit what's going on with your boyfriend. Have you asked your boyfriend? Maybe it's time to have an open conversation about what's going on. Not meeting your needs is important, but if you were having sex before and now it's stopped, it's likely because something happened to spark that change. I got out of that headspace in 2 ways. 1) going to the gym and eventually realizing no one gives a shit about you and/or sometimes they encourage you more because they've all been the skinny kid at the gym at some point and are proud of you for just starting. Then realizing that attitude applies basically anywhere. 2) I tended to be judgmental of people (still kinda am to be honest). But ask yourself this: do you remember any of those people a week later? Probably not. So even if they were being…

Not OP. The other issue is that from the guy's perspective, you have no idea if she's telling you this because she's into you or because you're friendzoned and she doesn't know you're into her.

How people act on fb is not how people act in real life. Get off your phone, look this girl in the eye, and ask her out. If that's too hard, then watch her move on to another dude with the balls to ask her out. Sorry, but that's the honest truth. This girl is giving you so many IOIs in real life, who cares how she acts on fb. Here's what makes no sense. You have this girl, who you like and who clearly likes you, and you're actively refusing to engage with her or ask her out. Nothing else matters…
/r/seduction27/07/19 02:56 AM

Jesus fuck how many more IOIs do you need before you ask her out? Should she hit you over the head with a sign saying "I like you"? Just ask her out already. Who gives a fuck what people do on social media. She's actively engaging you *in person. Have a relationship with the person, not their facebook profile.

Not necessarily lack of vulnerability, but it sure as hell is why I don't tell my parents about my dating life. Every time they ask "so, you dating anyone", the answer is a swift "no". Didn't tell them about my last girlfriend until after we had already broken up, just so I wouldn't have to deal with all that bullshit "oooh do you liiiiike her" crap.

Yes, but it's also about their perception of your physical self. And that can be changed. You can do simple things like fixing your posture, wearing a hairstyle that stands up, showing your legs (as in don't have a shirt or jacket cover them; show their full length to look taller).

Idk his emotions or what's going on in his head. But if it IS ED (or he even suspects it), best get checked and rule it out. Hell, I'm hoping for your sake that it is ED cause that's probably the easiest thing to fix compared to the alternatives. Time to tell him to grow a pair and get his checked.

Have you two actually had sex yet? If he's a virgin (which I doubt, but hey it's an option) it may be performance anxiety. I'll be honest, happened to me the first time (I was also piss drunk so there's that). If you've already bumped nasties and this change is relatively new (which is what it sounds like), then that means something is causing this and yes while jumping to ED is a bit of a leap, a healthy 23 y/o male shouldn't have an issue getting hard in front of a woman. Best go to the doctor…

I think it's premature to assume he's not interested in you. All I'm reading is you've "tried to flirt" (what does that even mean?) and he hasn't asked you out yet. Only way to know forsure is to ask him out yourself. There's a million reasons why he might not be asking you out right now. There's literally no point in speculating or assuming anything about the other party. Ask him out, get your yes or no, and go from there.

Yes, but not as much as you think. Like you, I've gotten real sick of all the chatting before the asking out. Now I've been doing really short convos before jumping to the ask. It's the lack of a counter offer that's important here, IMO. I've gone on a few dates with a girl recently, and trying to plan something is incredibly difficult because we're both busy people. BUT she always counters with her availability, so at least I know she's not just stringing me along.

If you're hunching your shoulders, do back work at the gym. Deadlifts to get that lower back to improve overall posture and facepulls to improve the shoulder haunch. Seriously, do 5x15 facepulls every time you're at the gym. Your posture will thank you.

Ok. Bro. Don't over think this. Here's the only 4 words you need to know she likes you: She asked you out. Girls don't do that unless they have reason to. That reason is she likes you. Now I'm certainly no relationship or seduction guru, I'm fairly new to all this stuff as well. But the fact that she asked you out on the second date means a) you fucking killed it on the first and b) she's into it. If you get rejected, play it cool. Don't just leave. It doesn't necessarily mean she's not into you…

To be fair, I don't think gay guys have to play as much mind games as we straight guys do. My best friend in college is gay and showed me his grindr messages and holy shit man, there is no finesse going on in there. I've not had a gay guy hit on me, but I've watched my friend flirt and they are just way more straightforward. You're correct in theory: you want women to know you have options. That increases your SMV and their level of attraction towards you. But you're wrong in practice. You want to be subtle about it. If you actually have options, it won't be hard for her to figure it out (text messages from other women, you being busy a lot, etc). But if you're yammering on about all those choices, they'll see through the BS in no time.

idk what to tell you, man. Maybe she loves the attention, maybe she does this to every guy, maybe she has a whole host of dudes she's stringing along just cause she can. You said it yourself, she's a friendly and outgoing personality. Probably gives her number to every guy who asks. You had a very slim opportunity right at the beginning but lost it when you didn't escalate. Though the kinky messages are weird, and understandably a mixed signal. Even I would have been like wtf? But the second she mentioned being interested in another guy, who wasn't interested in her, you lost her. You were hooked on her, she was hooked on him. After that, you're just emotional s…

It's painfully obvious that she's not interested in you. Drop her and move on.

Give her a time and place. Only You said it's a surprise, keep it that way. Better be a damn good surprise though.

He means be a little assertive and rough. Literally hold her hands down (unless she protests, which she wont). They won't tell you this, but most girls like some level of domination. Not usually anything insane, but some light stuff, like holding her hands down, dirty talk, spanking, pulling hair, light choking, etc. Don't worry about that stuff though. That will come later. For you I'll say this: be confident, be relaxed, be in the moment. The rest can come later. Best of luck, bro.

I don't claim to be an expert by any means, so please take everything I say with a very large grain of salt. This isn't the end of the world here, ya know. All you need to do is simply reach out and see if she wants to go out. Have a plan for activities, make them thoughtful. Maybe connect what you say to something you talked about before, or something in her bio that is of interest to her. Crack a joke or something. Do not do all of those at once. Most of all, keep it simple, keep it aloof. You…

Backing the reaching out recommendation. But honestly, give it one solid shot then leave it. If she responds, yaaay. If not, move on. The other guys here are also correct, you don't want to seem needy. But it never hurts to ask.

I'm not sure what you're looking for here man. You didn't step up, your friend did. How would she know you were interested if you didn't make a move? You admired from a distance, he went up and talked to her. There's a glaringly obvious lesson here. Drop her and move on. Work on yourself and get to the point where you can actually talk to the girls you like, then you will be the one spooning them and not crying in your corner. Sorry to be so blunt, tough love and all.

You invited her to sleep over, and didn't escalate. She probably thought you two were going to bone. And then you halfass cuddled. And you wonder why she's gone cold? She probably thinks you aren't interested and is starting to stop pursuing you. You better act fast.

She is leaving the country in 4 days almost permanently There's your answer. Move on. Stay in touch if you want to be friends, as long as you don't get attached. I would never attempt an LDR with this little interaction before the departure (actually, I would never attempt a LDR, don't believe in them).

Just because they're dtf, doesn't mean they're not solid relationship material. It's not one or the other nowadays.

Simple. You do the same. Date other girls while still dating her. abundance mentality and all that. Do you like this girl? then keep dating her and try to become exclusive. If it makes you too uncomfortable, drop her and move on. I'm not exclusive with anyone I go out on a few dates with until we both mutually decide to be exclusive (has only happened once for me). If I'm not exclusive, I don't expect her to be either.
