A few times she looked me for a briefly long time but I didn't respond to her because I was too shy at the point and couldn't sure if she was looking in that way.

The trick is that you have to keep the amount of attention you give her to the same level that she gives you, and subtly compliment/gauge her to see if she flirts back and you can then match that or play off it again. It’s all about maintaining the tension. You want her to be attracted to you, that goes without saying But what I mean is that if you make yourself too available or in essence available at ALL, she’ll have an option to say no. Make sure she knows that you have your own life. You always want to keep it as casual as you can while still being confident, you never want her to feel pressured or expected to do something or say something back to you. That can undo the tension you’ve built up and bring you back down in her head. You always want to be desirable, but be careful not to neglect her because everyone needs attention and validation or else they won’t want to associate themselves with you (even though each one is different). In the end, you really just want to observe how she reacts to your advances and go from there. A genuine smile always helps, and in all honesty you can get away with almost anything as long as you follow it up with a smile and a laugh.

Find an opportunity to go up to her and make conversation, or just go up to her and joke about whatever you have in common. Either she has been looking at you, and she’ll be surprised/admire that you finally came up to her and introduced yourself..or she hasn’t been looking at you and you start talking to your potential future wife lol.

Anyways, follow those tips and remember to always gauge her reaction and to feel out their personality. Having your own shtick is cool but to make a connection with someone you have to show at least one thing that they like, regardless of how big/small it is. It sounds complicated but it’s very simple. If you use connections well you’ll always be able to keep the conversation going.
