2	Probably shouldn't be posting this :) This. Go to a divorce mediation counselor. Once you agree on terms he will create a document that you send to the court. You won't even have to go to the court yourself (in my state). But don't give up - do it now while you are still in agreement with the STBX and are on good terms. If you take two sports cars through the same turn one may start losing traction sooner than the other but you can't beat laws of physics. Same with most women.
