Sleep properly. Get a job. Eat keto. Lift. Add cardio. Get a mission. Employ dread. That should help both your mental health and your girl's attraction. If not then think about moving on to someone else.

Common, unchecked cases of mental issues are diet and sleep. For your circadian rhythm to be synced, you need to block blue light (signals that it is daytime) for 2 hours before bed with blue-light blocking glasses. You also have to have stimulating light at the right intensity and distance for an hour after you wake up, which means a SAD therapy light or Re-timer glasses (what I use). Have a fatty breakfast that includes protein right when you wake up. Wake up at the same time every day, and ha…

Sleep properly, eat properly, exercise regularly, socialise regularly, make money if you need it and then study as much as you can outside of all that.

It is a fantasy, but I think for women it stays there. There are subreddits dedicated to women to discuss rape-fantasy.

See the second paragraph. You're doing it out of boredom/lack of activity taking your attention I reckon. Work, sleep, exercise, socialise, education. Try to leave no time to be left to wasteful crap like masturbating and it should at least cut it right down.

If you're addicted to something it means that you aren't satisfying the need of the addiction elsewhere. If you're addicted to masturbating then you're not getting action. If it's more like an impulse when bored, then you need to stop being bored. Make a schedule that keeps you out of the house every waking hour if you have to. There shouldn't be any such thing as free time.

If you can't physically sleep longer and you don't have tiredness issues then you're genetically lucky and need less sleep. Exploit that to your fullest advantage.

Milk in tea used to make me sleep 10-14 hours and always be exhausted. Diet is huge.

Once you fulfil your needs, your future and your sense of meaning, you wont have any time left in the day to think about it as anything more. Get a job, study, socialise, eat healthy and exercise, sleep properly and have a side project. That's all your time gone.

Meaning is an emotional reaction to doing something you like doing, at a level that is beyond your current capacity in a way that isn't impossible so you can learn and improve. Life has many compartments that can offer this feeling. Pursue the ones you enjoy and can sustain.

Hunger is caused by when you eat, the size of your stomach and any addictions you have. Eating less meals will eventually mean you don't get hungry when you used to eat. Eating less shrinks your stomach so you can eat less. Not eating sugars and heavy carbs in stupid amounts prevents you craving them. It's why people intermittently fast, or fast at all. They don't get progressively hungrier until they break their fast, it comes in cycles then starts to disappear.

Of course. Make it as easy on yourself as you can. Start with one thing. Do only that one improvement for a month if you have to. Get your blood work done so you can correct any deficiencies, and then take magnesium, zinc and vitamin D (2000-4000IU) anyway. This allows your genes to be expressed properly, your testosterone to be produced properly and helps with neurochemical regulation. This alone can boost concentration, motivation, wellbeing and goal-striving. Could be the entire source of you…

Sleep, diet, exercise, socialising, meaningful goals and sex in that order. You have to do it properly though. Sleeping well 5/7 days a week doesn't count. Half-assing your diet and drinking every other weekend doesn't count. Counting 10000 steps isn't good exercise. Pursue each of the above as if you were going to be competing as the best for it. Don't lift twice a week for 30 minutes so you can tell people you can go to the gym. Lift 3-6 times for an hour, hardcore, so you can get fucking good…

Why can you claim that health, a passion, education and such doesn't make others happy just because it doesn't for you? Imagine being on your favorite video game with maxed out everything Shit analogy - you can't max yourself out before you die IRL. You're depressed for other reasons and it projects into your perceptions. Been there. Kind of want kids Needs money. Still feel bored by everything, no true non-Machiavellian friends, mixed race so I can't get along with either culture fully Can meet…

Using social media successfully will dampen your motivation to practice game and such offline, and the attention needed to facilitate and upkeep social media in it's various forms often takes away attention and time that would be better spent elsewhere. Unless you want sexts and nudes, which you may as well just go watch porn for. I'd say the only exception was using it for dread game and/or displaying SMV if you're poor at doing so in person.

I agree. You don't benefit at all but it takes up resources.

You are lucky. You will forget her. But if you want to get over it, don't make this mistake of considering social media a cancer, university will be like social media on steroids in real life, you will need to adapt to evolve and move on with your life. Are you saying to keep social media?

I've just finished The Power of Habit and it's pretty foundational to anyone into self improvement. Do you think Meditations, Enchiridion and And Thus Spoke Zarathustra are able to be read by people without much philosophy experience/knowledge?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
