Bro hit legs. Dumbbell lunges, deadlifts, romanian deeads, goblet squats, thrusters, you're only limited by your imagination. People who only train upper body end up looking silly. You dont want to be the dude who is jacked up top at the beach but swimming in his swim trunks.

You could do 3 and 3...or you could try 2 a days hitting lifting and BJJ. I used to do that for a while. All depends on the amount of time you have/want to make for it.

What risk? Dude will get in legal trouble if he does anything to you, which he wont. You're doing him a favor and exposing a hoe. I mean by all means if you have a way to do it anonymously I would.

What? No dude. Lol. Tell the guy, if he marries her, and has a kid with someone like that and then he finds out from the next guy she will just take half his shit and then move onto another military dude to reap benefits from. These women wreak havoc on these dudes that dont know any better. Please tell the dude. You're going to save him if he isn't dumb.

As someone in the military, yeah, I would if I was you.

99% of the females you will see in the military are attention seeking and want validation. Walking red flags.

If you're hitting plateaus, try changing your lifting scheme up first. You WILL break the plateaus. Add some more calories to your diet, you'll gain more mass aka be able to lift more. SARMS are not very well studied, and most are liver toxic. I personally took YK-11, ostarine, and ligandrol while I was in college and yeah it made me a big boy and I gained about 30 pounds, but it's not a magic pill. Very important to note that I also had a heat stroke and was unconscious with a temperature of 10…

The way to look at it is that it's not something that you can directly control so why stress about it. You're going to be loving your time with the boys overseas and stacking money. It affected my work for a little bit but at the time I was doing logistical shit so it wasnt life or death.

Dude at first it was all I ever thought about because I just figured she was fucking someone else and felt guilty about it. Which she could have been. Dont know, dont really care at this point. But then I found TRP and recently finished the Rational Male and I feel better about it. Been talking to like 7 other chicks who show interest, supposed to meet up with one this weekend. It really got to me for like 2 weeks while I was gone but then I adopted the abundance mindset and if she wants to live…

My ex was in too and we both deployed the same day to different places. It was cool at first, she sent nudes often yadda yadda yadda and it was fine. But then she got home before me and her attitude flipped and we barely talked, ended up breaking up because I called her on the behavioral change and said it was pretty weird but swears up and down she wasnt seeing anyone (but no girl would admit that). We ended up breaking up but then she kept texting me everyday and hinting at being together and …

Depends. What are you planning to lift tomorrow. Soreness when starting is to be expected

Diet: If you dont mind spending a little money for a subscription fee, Renaissance Periodization has templates/an app that tells you how much of what to eat each day for each meal and you do regular weigh ins and based on your goals adds/subtracts your macros to ensure progress. You just have to measure out weights of foods which is extremely easy. No math involved. Training: 5x5 is good, a classic. Wendler 5/3/1 is a good option to get strong and add some hypertrophy accessory work in 8-12 rep …

I think the strength came because I was doing a regular bro split for so long that the CNS shock fron all the volume came with a big strength gain. And again, I was on SARMs so that is part of it. But yeah man, it's a great program. If you eat big and clean you will gain strength and fill out well at the same time. Dont overtrain. My personal opinion is build solid strength first that way when you have to base your numbers off your 1RM in GVT, you will use a heavier load because you are stronger…

GVT worked great for me in college. Started not being able to bench 225 for a weak 2 and ended benching it for 12 after 6 weeks but was also on SARMs tbh. Once you switch to 5/3/1 it's all you will want to do though lol. Continuous strength gains.
