The high-rep squats will jump start strength and size gains and provide a nice base for later strength training.

This program can best be utilized as a way to break down your muscle tissue. You'll keep your size and strength during. Especially if you're dosing creatine. The best thing about the breakdown of the tissue is that you're able to get those "newbie gains" all over again. Definitely recommend a good mass building program after you're done with GVT. It's a great way to overcome a plateau.

My best gains came with variations of GVT. Do it. If you want to look better than other people you are going to have to workout better than other people.

This workout isnt for the weak willed. You need to learn to embrace the suck.

GVT worked great for me in college. Started not being able to bench 225 for a weak 2 and ended benching it for 12 after 6 weeks but was also on SARMs tbh. Once you switch to 5/3/1 it's all you will want to do though lol. Continuous strength gains.
