You're right. I don't particularly care. But you have failed to address my point repeatedly. Why would men who want to have sex with women build a giant platform to make women want to have sex with men even less? Are there other things that make women not want to have sex with men? ABSOLUTELY! so why add to it?

I'm out of the dating game period. I'm a married old. I am only looking at incentives. I.e. the government taxes cigarettes to disincentivize smoking. If a large scale platform where men reveal sexual acts by women became an actual thing it would disincentivize women from having sex with men. Whether that's for the good or bad is a moral judgement I'm staying out of. However, men seem to like it a lot when women have sex with them. So I'm not sure how incentivizing women to have less sex with me…

Aaand if OP said that he wanted to make a website asking if they're dating the same girl that would totally make sense. But what he suggested was a website that would punish women for having sex with men. I'm not quite sure what he sought to accomplish with that... but I'm assuming it's not the accomplishment most men would want. I have never actually seen a website were women were like... He went down on me on the second date ladies!!!! If he's not muff diving 72 hours in he doesn't really like…

Men: There is a loneliness epidemic. I can’t get laid to save my life. Sadness. Also men: lets punish women for touching us. That will fix everything those dumb sloots. The thing is, it’s not a site like the women’s. Women are trying to disincentivize behavior they don’t like, namely men lying to them. The site proposed would disincentivize behavior I always thought men did like, women actually touching them. Like if I was still dating, I would check that website before going on a date to see if…

Actual result: Men getting less sex get even less sex because women trust men even less now. Men who were getting plenty before aren’t affected as much because they’re not the type to degrade women for sleeping with them and women tend to have a decent spidey sense about that.

Here's the thing - you sound like a pretty decent dude. and... if it's petty then it is likely maladaptive - and if it's maladaptive it can get in the way of getting what you want out of life - so even if you "earned" the right to do that (not that it needs to be earned) then... it would suck. I have seen a few friends that protected themselves out of good things and lovely opportunities. Women as well as men. I don't think there's much reward when it comes to love and relationships without some…

Or what about... just bear with me.... dating adults who have mastered the art of discretion and aren't obsessed with the fear of being cheated out of something in life, but rather approach new people with some semblance of joy and discovery to see what there is between the two of them? As for "him" - I mean I already got my him. I could care less whether he screwed an ex in an areal swing for 5 hours every Sunday to multiple orgasms before taking her out to five star restaurants. I care for the…

Well I think your primary criteria should be not to date stupid people, or people who surround themselves with other stupid people. That rarely lends itself to a loving and lasting relationship. If you're afraid of being handed papers in 10 years that is specifically the kind of person you want to avoid. If anything, I would think a solid predictor of how your relationship may play out is to look at the kind of people your girl surrounds herself with. And what if she does? What if she tried it, …

Okay - so I'm like 40, dated until 33, and have had friends since I was a teenager who are still in my daily life, so here's my perspective: Who in the world keeps sex tapes on their phone? I mean really - that's not only stupid that's dangerous. What kind of friends are like - hey Bob, did you hear Milly used to take it up the ass? She loved it! She was ass-taker 5000. What kind of immature shitty friends would ever bring up their girlfriend's sex life to the guy they're dating. What kind of pe…

Anyone who is dating anyone for any reason can have any kind of criteria they want. Anything can be a deal breaker and it is valid. You can look for whatever it is that you think makes it happy as you are the ONLY one who really has to deal with the consequences. I guess my only point was that I find it strange when men make these statements about their partners sexual past as if they have any way of really knowing. If a girl is not interested in ever doing anal again she's not likely to tell yo…

Ive seen that as a more recent development. Maybe its be because at 40 im older. But in my time if I split or paid it meant I wasn’t interested and was letting the man know not to invest in me. Who decides whats undue? What does that even mean? What if you want to only come over at 1 am, get head and leave? Anything and everything is quite broad. Sure. Economy is rough. But will you really walk away from a great girl because she makes less than you?

Women get abused a plenty. Trust me. Even beautiful women are not immune. And there are downsides too. You probably don’t know what its like to be sexually harassed by grown men before you even have a proper understanding of what it is they’re after. Most women even as preteens already have some experience with that. Or men who lie about what they want to… get what they want. Women have their downsides as well. That doesn’t make your story any easier though. All Im saying is trying to figure out…

Thats not gendered. Thats all of us. But objective criteria for someone like that wont protect them any more than red flags will deflect them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 05:24 AM

Red flags in romantic relationships are not all that different than flags in platonic ones, in my humble opinion. I think people who are inexperienced and more eager for their chance see the red flags just fine, they just choose to ignore them.

I mean... I dunno.... dated for close to 20 years when I met my husband at 33... and... literally not one man ever asked me about my past partners or my past sex life. I don't think this conversation is nearly as common as you think, and if a man started even subtly prying it would have definitely stood out. (Okay - not 20 - 15. I'm not so great with math).
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 03:43 AM

And yet so many men seem to have this as a criteria. Which confused me to no end. There really are much better ways of gauging attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 08:45 PM

Legitimate question: How do you know? Back when I was dating (so about 7 years ago - things haven't changed that much?) not one man ever asked me my average waiting period, how long I waited to have sex with my last partner, or anything like that. Like unless you've been friends for a long time before dating and privy to that information how can any man know?

Did I suggest you were? You asked how men are supposed to be competent in a world if tv and Facebook. They’re not supposed to be raised by tv and social media.

Then you answered your own question. Its not the job of Facebook and television to raise children.

But you're stripping it away.... interest = sex by having spent less than 10 hour with me in person (average 3 hour dates?); start paying for dinner once appropriate sexual interest expressed timely, without sex - no dinner. I mean that's about as stripped down and formulaic as it gets.

I think maybe to a large degree this is a cultural thing. A lot of men and this thread seem to want to pay for woman if she is having sex with them, until then, she can pay for herself. That is so transactional and icky I guess. I’ve been married for a few years now, but back when I was dating I can’t remember a single date when a man didn’t offer to pay. If I insisted on paying for myself, it meant I was not interested. But in the grand scheme, even with friends, family members, etc. it feels u…

Its the difference between having sex with someone that wants you and someone that is having sex with you despite their revulsion
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 07:34 AM
5

Look. I don’t know you…. But the only way you could think the two are the same is if you’ve never had enthusiastic sex with a woman that wants you. If you want to know what hookers really think about their clients go look at some of their forums. If you think a hooker internally gagging while looking at the clock is a similar experience to casual sex between two mutually attracted people theres not much of a conversation to be had.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 07:25 AM
1

To me thats not the same thing. Its still a mutual experience. Some women are down for casual sex too but at least here both are presumably enthusiastic participants. Whether you want to marry that woman is up to you.

The original post was not about the legality of prostitution. It was about why women are against it. If you are asking if it should be legal I have no clue. Id have to do a shit ton of research to form a real opinion. Since I have no legislative power I won’t.

6

Thats fine. It doesn’t obviate my point for being against prostitution
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 02:41 AM
10

My distaste for a man that uses prostitution stems from the fact that I don’t think I can respect someone who can fuck someone he knows does not want or desire them. There is something viscerally disgusting about that. Like a complete lack of self worth. To be intimate with someone pretending. Ugh.

Neither man please. The first one sounds absolutely exhausting and the second one sounds blah.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/21 10:28 PM

No. Its not attractive. Because I want (well now have) a family. What if something happens to me? I need a man who can provide for and support his child. I don’t equate intelligence with education. If a guy hasn’t gone to college but runs a successful plumbing company (someone else’s example above) he’s probably smarter than half the people graduating college with a liberal arts degree. Life is hard enough without partnering up with someone who will make it harder.

The vast majority of women off the internet determine if you’re a good match before seeing your penis. Will some of them walk away after discovering a man has a micropenis? Yes. Will some walk away if its average or somewhat below? Not usually.

Ok. Thats an income problem not a woman problem. Maybe a larger economy problem. I as a woman in my 30s had a home and savings before I married. My husband was still in school btw and broke as a joke. But thats not here or there.

This is some stats from not too long ago: https://yaleglobal.yale.edu/content/should-women-stay-single IMHO, happily married women are happy, but women who marry men who make them unhappy are destroyed by marriage and all it entails for them. There’s rarely a grey area.

I think you’re missing the fact that women do better on their own than men. Statistically speaking they live longer and healthier lives than single men. For a lot of women the alternative to a man they want isn’t a man they don’t want, it’s being single. Those that settle for men they don’t want are the ones initiating the majority of divorces. Im not sure your plan would work out the way you want.

I would argue that married men are actually likelier to achieve this than single men because married men tend to: - Eat healthier - Have more robust social lives because women tend to run that stuff. - The pregnancies are wanted =) - They're likelier to eat healthier, and more likely to have healthy habits, see a doctor Happily married women tend to do a lot of man maintenance. I think women have a lot more opportunity for casual sex, but not for commitment. And maybe its an age thing but in my bracket (30s) men don’t seem particularly eager to settle. I think most men (and women) don’t ask because they don’t really want to know. I never asked my husband because I honestly don’t care. I also don’t assume Im the best lay he ever had, because I don’t think Im particularly amazing in the sack. Perhaps its just me but that thought doesn’t bother me much since I’m the one h…

I don't actually think that your realizations are fact. In my life most of the men I've known (but not necessarily dated - i.e. guy friends) who were obsessed with that were very insecure. One of my best guy friends growing up married an absolute beast of a woman because she was a virgin. If a guy doesn't even pay for my coffee - he's not really the kind of guy I'm interested in... It's not about the money... and that's okay. We are not obligated to date or like everyone. And really is paying for coffee a worthy effort on a man's part? It's just a getting to know you period, and 4 bucks is just a polite gesture, no different than opening a door.

That is a compliment, thank you. But to be honest, the reason I like reading FDS is because I cringe badly at the stupid, idiotic, downright embarrassing decisions I made in my dating days. Like have a physical reaction now, CRINGE. So it would have been amazing if someone (a future me) would have been able to smack myself upside the head and told me some truths I was too young and stubborn to hear. Sadly, older us rarely travel to younger us, and so I think it's great that communities like that…

No ad-hominem. There's nothing about owning a pair of testicles that obligates you to have to pay for women. There is nothing in law or nature that obligates men to pay for dates. But dating strategy is about.... strategy. Women generally look for men who would be good providers. Men could generally care less. I guess as someone who has no skin in this particular game (married, and keeping him if he lets me) I really don't think there's really a thing such as beta or alpha.... like you can group men into the categories. In real life I don't know of a single woman who describes her husband or SO in those terms. I think they want men who are good partners, whom they'd like to have sex with.

I think that's to push back against the red pill subs. Women don't appreciate being called roasties and plated either. And I would wager that 99.9% of the women take the advise in a reasonable sense, as in setting boundaries, having standards, and not putting up with really shitty behavior. Otherwise you end up with kids in really shitty relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/20 08:11 PM

Part of being FDS is finding a man you're actually attracted to. Because how else do you have a good marriage? That doesn't mean he has to be thundercock of the Chad tribe, but you have to like the person, both physically and emotionally.

Or... you're a dude... and aren't really aware how much work women do. Random link - https://www.theatlantic.com/family/archive/2019/05/breadwinning-wives-gender-inequality/589237/ If you had an unemployed girlfriend living with you for free and complaining that you aren't doing half the housework perhaps you need some dating strategy of your own?

I don't think the women on FDS think they're all 10/10 queens. I think they want to weed out men who are out to use them, or who if committed, would make terrible husbands. A guy who wants you to pay for your own coffee on date 1 is the same guy whose wife is posting 10 years later about how he makes 4x the income, but demands she pay half the rent and childcare. A guy who won't make any effort when you're first dating won't make any effort when you're married with 2 kids. A guy who won't bother…

Because being a woman with boundaries and standards who wants to make sure her child can have a good standard of living, and selects a man with good genetics, does align with being a good mother. Selfless women who bend over backwards for their broke men are ending up on breaking mom, and I don't think that's the best version of motherhood.

I think one of the points of that sub is that the choices are to find someone who is right for you and staying single are preferable options to settling for a man that will actively make your life worse. It is a surprisingly novel concept for some people that settling is actually not the only option, and that women can, and often do, in fact manage to survive without men, and are often much happier than women who are trapped in loveless or abusive marriages. I know right? It's all about - hey - focus on your goals, career, education before you focus on a man. Get your life together before inviting someone else into it. How is that not a recipe for self improvement unless the only self improvement that counts is losing weight and getting a man?

Woman: You can't really see the female point of view on this one, so perhaps there's something you're missing here. Man: Nope! You're wrong! I know better how you as a woman were raised. DUH

Yeah.. no.... I'm with Giga on this. And I'm in America, and an attorney. Still... women are taught these things subtly most of their lives. Most female attorneys I know still come home and are expected to do the majority of childcare, housework, are judged by their ability to get a man in the first place. Actually successful women more so... because when a successful woman is single the trope is that she gave up family to have a career and now she's a lonely old cat lady, and society hopes her …

Everyone screws up here and there.... but lecturing is pointless. He knows what he did. I'd take a day or two and see how he reacts.

I feel ya - but like damn... their front page was just depressing. It's all like... my husband is not a partner, treats me horribly, and sees the kids 3 times a year.... how is this all my fault?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/05/20 06:27 PM
5

Well... FDS can be a bit harsh by my standards at times too... but scanning their front page titles I can see why. Husband won't spend time with me. Husband won't take care of children. Husband had emotional affair. Things my husband did today... (to make parenting as a de facto single mom even more difficult).

That woman needs to call an employment attorney ASAP. That is the definition of a hostile work environment. The lawsuit would also get her paid which she desperately needs right now. I wish I could comment there.

I am genuinely confused by the hate for single mothers... over and over again. For (almost) every woman raising a child on her own is a man who is the biological father who walked away. If they did what they're supposed to do society would not be nearly so burdened. It's just so much easier to hate on the parent doing the work...

you're in London - and I don't know anything about that jurisdiction. You would be best served by speaking to an attorney prior to marriage.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/20 04:47 PM
2

Again - that depends on jurisdiction - and this is an attorney answer - not a FDS answer. If you live in a state like mine - any assets earned during marriage are community property whether you have joint or separate accounts - and if you hide any assets the court can award the entire thing to the other party. There are forensic accountants that can make assets nearly impossible to hide even with mafia level machinations.

Right? Like if I was in that position in the future you would have to go through like 20 second opinions before you got in the same room with my kid. Any desire for an instafamily would be greatly outweighed by the fear of the damage a grown man can do, physically, psychologically. Maybe it shouldn't be this way, but my standards for my son are much higher than my standards for myself.

I think for at least some of the women- you may be reading the signal wrong. For a lot of women when they are insisting on paying it's because they are insisting that you should not be making an investment in them. Most of us are not particularly interested in taking advantage of men, and if we are going to reject you, we don't want to have you pay. If I let the guy pay back in dating days that meant that yes I was interested. It wasn't about the money - at all. Just subtle signalling.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 12:06 AM
8

I am now safely out of the dating game... but I'll say this. When I was dating if I was interested I would let the guy pay (I don't remember a single time when a man didn't offer... ) because I was then okay with this form of showing interest. If I was not interested I would insist on paying my share. Because at that point I was not into being for a lack of a better modern term - courted - by that man. In my experience many women do this. I would wager that for many of us it's more about signall…

Because clearly pointing out that in many jurisdictions having separate joint accounts wont protect you and that proportional bill spending can be unfair too makes me a pickmeisha.

I'm not a man, but that's besides the point. I'm countering your argument by pointing out that when you get close enough to another human being to enter into a contractual marriage and create people you take much greater risks than the man cleaning out your joint accounts. A more reasonable example would be if you married a man, had a couple of kids, and he chose not to work for years, until you finally divorced him, and had to pay him alimony and child support. That's a HUGE financial risk, and…

What happens if one of the two doesn't work at all? If a woman is a stay at home mom - even if the husband pays all the bills, if the money is joint she is effectively without resources except at his behest.

At the moment I make significantly more... but likely temporary. As for him leaving me high and dry under the community property laws in my state it doesn’t matter to division of assets if you have joint or separate accounts. I'll go even further on this. It's imperative even if you find the perfect man and think you have the perfect life. Shit happens, people get injured, they die, they get sick. Even if you have a great provider, especially if you are a mother, you should always be in a position to be able to pay the basic bills if you need to. So many women think that their husband makes bank and everything is taken care of - then they find out it isn't. With a kid to feed.

You don’t need to justify being not interested. You have valid reasons, but even if you didn’t, you can simply be not into a dude. The idea of being intimate with him skeeves you out. Thats more than enough reason.

High value does not mean being everyone’s cup of tea. I wish I had the balls to dress like her. I don’t. She is sexy and I’m sure has zero trouble attracting men. I'm not sure about FDS but I had a similar situation with my husband. He had to delay school because of his family situation, and I was much further ahead financially when we married. I did combine all of our finances, and we had a very very cheap wedding. It was a mutual decision because we had other financial goals such as paying off loans and home buying. My boss married his wife 6 weeks after he met her, at a funeral. My dad married my mom a couple of months in. A coworker married her now husband about 2 months after they met. She was going to do it earlier but wanted a different dress. My guy proposed to me ... on our forth or fifth date and I thought he was joking. He wasn't. You clearly don't understand... so let me break it down for you. If a woman won't have sex with a dude, but has sex with another dude, she's a whore. So the only way for her not to be a whore is to not have sex with any dudes.

I find it strange (not really) that none of the words that she used to explain how amazing she is have any defined meaning. What is a bad-ass woman exactly? Strong? Like you bench lady? Interesting how? It's all just a bunch of feel good nonsense you can find on pre-printed canvases at a home goods store. Maybe one of the ones lucky enough to be tenured.... all the other ones are scrambling. Anyways - I don't mean that jobs like that DO NOT EXIST. They are, however, pretty rare. I am going to reply to this as well because I think there is a lot of truth to this. Life is harder, and protracted childhoods are just non-existent. One of the things that baffled me when I dated - even though I came here before I was old enough to date - were all these men in their 30s trying to figure out who and what they wanted to be. I would also argue that cohabiting is not the same thing as marriage because there's no... grand decision.
