This is 100% accurate! You will notice women usually settle hanging out in groups of similar beauty, they automatically grade themselves and pick a friend circle that matches their own grade. That’s why plastic surgery and injectable cosmetics is off the charts. Women looking at other women and grading themselves which is very bad for their mental health and physical health! It also weighs in badly for men as we are somewhat being defrauded of natural beauty, which is in our genetic and mating i…

I was sympathetic to her, and I'm still dealing with components of her underlying issues for validation today, 6-7 years on.

This relates to Mens Rights. Men have a right to know if the girl they are courting doesn't want a relationship in the first message to her. They should be told straight up that they only want the guy to follow and increase their social media numbers.

We are close, 7 years about to pop the question and have kids. (2023 is the year)

A post needs to be sympathetic? What? It’s simply a hard truth. I posted in a sub where the target audience are men, because I am a man, and they are the deeply disadvantaged party. Excuse me? Sounds like this post targets your exact situation which is why you’ve attacked me with that derogatory response, instead of commenting with a useful intellectual reply. Social media is and always will be a choice for women, regardless of how addictive it is. That’s why I posted it in this sub. Yes it affe…

Nerds run some of the coolest things on Earth! There’s no shame in being a nerd or geek! All those other things you’ve mentioned, you will figure out with time and i’m 100% certain that’s not what other people think of you :)

I have definitely been there before! I’m 37 and it took me until I was 28 to start to get myself together. Your 21, so much to look forward to in life! Trust me, don’t get stuck on social media unless you want a career in it. It will burn your time and make you jealous of what others have, which leads to feeling undervalued or depressed. (been there b4 as well). Just focus on being the best version of you possible! Weight is just temporary always remember that :) hugs

That makes sense! I guess the internet has really opened the doors to women finding the right guy. That puts many men at a disadvantage as men are often trades based with minimal computer or phone skills, whereas women are admin / assistants. I wonder if this increases the difficulty for women to find a match online?

Raising awareness to this is important. Most men don’t understand what’s happening on social media and me using my life as an example, I would say is pretty brave considering everyone on here has a downvote button. Plus the size of twox sub is 40x the size of this sub. 13,000,000 vs 300,000. You could link this post to that sub and i’d get 13,000,000 downvotes. Plus, Do you know my real name? Does this account show my real picture? Is this account linked to my entire group of family and friends …

Thanks man! I have worked crazy hard to improve her life in 7 years! I’m glad she put her trust in me. She now owns a new car, has her own business and lives in a 2 storey house with our 2 dogs. Before that she was renting in a small apartment with a friend making $12 USD per hour, living pay cheque to pay cheque with no health insurance, getting messed up on drugs every weekend.

Nah it’s not really, not at all on the same scale. A guy would never turn down a relationship for social media. Never. Ever, in 10 million, trillion, bazillion, light years. Plus there’s statistics showing men get almost zero validation constantly during their entire life. Women go through a portion of years, where they get so much validation from the opposite sex their heads fill will helium and end up in the stratosphere!

Please go back and read the original post. Yes it’s 100% condescending to request that of her if she was about to date a random guy, I have never requested this of her. She can date whoever she likes outside of my friend circle. It absolutely becomes my business when 5 long term friends that I’ve spent 3-4-5-6-7 years creating memories are damaged by dating her. They can’t stand to hang around me because I remind them of her and she’s fucked them over. This breaks down the friendship and most of…

Here's a typical conversation with a mate about dating her, they started to see each other and I stepped in: https://prnt.sc/WSmcmDn1WnM5 You can see his reply, trying to make me look crazy for brining this up but he has no clue what his about to step into. A 2 weeks relationship end up ruining a friendship.

I spent years building some of these friend circles, groups of guys with the same interests. Music, festivals, gaming, gym etc etc. I have tonnes of memories of us in our early 20's, none of that matters anymore as we no longer talk to or hang around each other.

Ive been in a relationship for 7 years, and were about to get married and start a family to give you perspective.

Big thank you to everyone that replied even those that were brutally honest. It really helped me to read all the different perspectives and solutions to my issue. I recently cut ties with her. It looks like this really was the right course of action as it covers both "Don't introduce her to your friends & minimizing contact" which received top votes.

Its hard to bring up a conversation with your mates about your sister's dirty laundry. I tried this once and I looked crazy.

Best advice so far, quit while I still have some friends left right 🤜

If I assert my dominance on them like I’ve done on mates in the past, half will leave. You just can’t do that to some friend circles or you break the dynamic. Sure I can do it with my lifting / gym or boxing buddies but my gaming buddies and work colleagues will freak.

I thought about it but none of her friend get close to my standards… I’d be disrespecting myself 😂

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
