I think your ex goes to my gym - or someone who resembles that situation. Guessing this is all too common.

Run. Run fast. Run far. She file a PFA to manipulate you. You wanna live like that?

Boundaries, boundaries and more boundaries. Not letting anyone cross boundaries without repercussions.

Here’s where you messed up. Hire a lawyer to do the paperwork. It’s only a few hundred bucks get the piece of mind and not wonder where your partner stands.

Much more success. Once I cleared my demons in my own self- I was able to focus on my career. 10 yrs divorced. More than doubled my salary since.

I came out the other side stronger. Took me five years after the divorce to clean my act up, but spent the next five years focusing on my self. Gym every morning, eat healthy, work, staying humble. Success has followed.

Cohabitation is the line that can get you out of it.

My marriage ended because of a “friend”. They married a few weeks after my fast track uncontested divorce was complete. Stay strong and don’t cave in. Boundaries.

Totally agree. Stay strong. Work on yourself. Go workout, get stronger, and crush life. You are your own best friend. It gets better.

My ex sold stuff that was mine and she knew it. She’s not your friend anymore.

Wife realized that you are a pushover. If you don’t stand up for yourself, you get what you deserve. Get a lawyer and take care of your business. She won’t look out for you.

Get her TF out. Why are you even asking? You know what to do. Stand up for yourself.

Are you really even asking? You know the answer. Don’t do it.

Tell them and stand up for yourself. Don’t be a doormat.

I can absolutely feel where you’re at. My scenario was a bit different in that I left, but I also knew it wasn’t worth saving. She had her priorities outside of the marriage, but I was the earner. It takes time. I recommend therapy. You don’t want those traumas coming out at the wrong time. I could chat all day about my experience and what helped and what didn’t.

How true. Hard truths but very true. Thanks for the perspective.

Too late but yea you’re right, I should not have gone for a co-worker. About the past baggage - this is why I want to get it out in therapy. Thanks!

Totally agree with moving on too fast!! Kids are OK. He is step-dad nowadays. I really tried to take the high road here and even said Happy Father’s Day to him one year. I’m not really worried about the AP/Stepdad anymore. He can have her. I’m more concerned about dealing with my own crap and making sure I can move on completely. I’m convinced it’s the trauma from before that’s triggering me. I need to get this dealt with. Hence the therapy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
