Yeah, agreed. Because I'm 38 in two weeks. I have a smattering of gray hairs that appeared over the past 6 months, which I only just discovered recently to my horror...lol. My facial skin is starting to sag in spots. And yeah, my titties are pointing to the earth's core. I hope losing weight will help with some of that, but probably not too much. If I could have a celebrity's money and free time to work out all the time and eat well, I'd look like them too. They're nobody to go by. They're not t…

Why don't they feel disgust for their own behavior after seeing first hand what they caused in another human? I will never understand how someone can feel, think and be like that. I think more men are far more sociopathic than society is comfortable admitting.

Never underestimate the depravity of a human male. - Paul Holes Anyone who is into true crime knows who Paul Holes is and what he has done for a living in Police work for the past 2+ decades. He knows what he is talking about.

And the thing is, I cared for that kitten immensely. I had so much anxiety over making sure it was happy and well-fed and had toys and had company. It kept me up at night because I was worried about it. It was too exhausting for me. After the first day, I was growing resentful because I couldn't just come home and do what I wanted, I had this little life to care for now. I didn't like that in myself, and I realized I probably shouldn't get a pet anytime soon. So, I don't have that in me to do th…

It's honestly kinda sad, when you're at a certain age as a woman, when you get older, that good men are already married and they'll stay that way because they're good HV men. I think finding a good HV man at my age (37) is almost impossible because only in the right set of circumstances would a HV man be available for marriage and commitment is very, very rare. I'm starting to accept that relationships/marriage is not available to me anymore and how to deal with that.

I don't want kids now because I honestly believe I'm not unselfish enough for it. I kitten-sat for a friend before COVID and I could.not.stand. having to care for it. I didn't like my life interrupted and I was too fucking tired to deal with it. A baby is much, much more responsibility than a kitten. Probably when I was a young woman, was when I should have had children, but now I'm nearing 40, I don't have it in me anymore. It just sounds so fucking exhausting.

For real, he could have owned up and said he didn't want children from the get go, but he chose to ejaculate into a woman. Owing child support isn't "robbing" anyone, it's his obligation. If men don't like this, don't have children. Use protection, get a vasectomy, and have honest conversations about the topic of children.

moms do a lot of image management for dads I can't upvote this enough. This is what my mom did for my dad. It never worked, in my perception, it made her pathetic. I could even tell while she was saying it that she didn't believe it herself. My father was physically present, but emotionally absent.

I met a 27 year old guy over zoom that I swore was older than me. Receding hairline, bad skin. Honest to god, he looked mid 40's. It was a group meeting and when someone asked him about himself and when he said he was 27, I was like.....Yikes. Meanwhile, I'm 37, about to be 38, and I get people who literally are just stunned for a minute and they tell me I look a lot younger, around 25 - 30. I've been taking care of my skin with retinols and lotions with hyaluronic acid for years and I have very…

Since joining FDS, I take comfort I'm not alone in being single in my late 30s. And that I will probably stay this way and that's OK. And I think for the first time in my life I'm glad I never married. Because the ones I would have married, I would have for sure ended up as a mommy bangmaid and abused because those guys were the religious types with superiority complexes.

I swear to god my dad and brother had so much trouble tying a tie that once they'd get on right, they would loosen it and bring it over their heads so next time they only had to tighten it. When I was older I watched a youtube video on how to properly tie a tie.....I got it down after a few times. They were truly inept idiots. It's the easiest thing to learn.

A massive pack of costco kirkland toilet paper is like $20 for 2-ply 30 rolls. It lasted me, a woman living alone, 3+ months. How fucking cheap does one have to be?

I feel bad for the woman because if he is this petty in regards to toilet paper he must be petty in other things. Honestly, how much does one have to a hate someone to limit their toilet paper usage. It's abusive. Honestly, if anyone did this to me, I'd assume they hated me. I don't get the hang ups people get about toilet paper usage. It's a product people need to clean themselves and maintain hygiene, who the fuck cares how much one uses? Most people don't look at toilet paper and think, I'm g…

Make him watch. He wants her to stop using so much toilet paper, get him to watch her. See how much mess there is, especially during a period. If he doesn't want to, then he gets to fuck off. This is why I'm not married. I'd be divorced so quick over stupid shit like this because I have zero tolerance for it.

I'm sorry you're going through this. ::hug:: I'd follow u/outgrabed-momerath advice posted in this thread. I read that book too and the author has expertise in dealing with stalkers. Do not engage with him anymore. Not a word. I wouldn't block in case you need proof if he keeps harassing you or gets violent in his texts and you have to involve the police. Radio silence from here on out.

As a woman and FDSer, you'll really enjoy Ahsoka's character development. My favorite star wars character to date. I can't wait for her live action series. Continue on with Rebels after Clone Wars...also strong female characters.

It's an animated series called Star Wars: The Clone Wars....available on Disney+. It's actually very good. Half the episodes are for kids, and the rest are written for adults with kids in mind. Very good series. The last season was phenomenal.

Nothing is ever enough for them, isn't it? Considering others are discussing underwear preferences. I like boxer-briefs for women. Regular panties chafe my inner thigh and boxer-briefs are so comfortable. Everytime I've worn a thong it's made an appearance and that's been embarrassing. My job requires me to crawl under desks and kneel and all that and I don't need to be giving anyone a show if they happen to see the top of my backside. Has anyone tried Woxers?

I don't mind them being not free, but I think they shouldn't be taxed. All hygiene products, female and male, should be tax free. All clothing should be tax free too. We need these things to live, they shouldn't be taxed..like food.

I'm 38 and a mid-twenties year old guy was hitting on me in Home Depot. It never stops. The "hit the wall" is an online comment they like to make to try to bring you down because they know you would never go for them. It's not a real thing in real life.

I'm someone who needs breaks from people. If someone is around me for too long I'll start getting grouchy. Are you me? lol.... My goal in this New Year will be to look after myself first. Work on myself and all my own shit - mental health and physical health. Frankly, I've been obese for way way too long and I hate how I look. It doesn't match the woman I am in my head. And it finally needs to go. I also need to come to terms with growing old alone and letting go of that stigma and the sadness with it. I'd like to learn a new language and I've been starting on Spanish with Duolingo. A former male manager said to me once, "I'm not sexist." Then immediately proceeded to tell me, to my face, "Women aren't very good with technology." (I work in IT.) And he always questioned my solutions, and my suggestions for anything I did. How he couldn't see his own hypocrisy was astounding. As I worked there, over time, I found out that a lot of women on campus did not like him very much. I started hearing from other women the horrifically sexist remarks he would make to them, putting them…

I'll take a daily nasal swab over the menstrual cramps I've had in the past. Hands down. Pain so bad I couldn't walk. I vomited incessantly till my digestive system was cleared out, and even then I would dry-heave. And pain so bad I started wailing because of it. Also, add a side of hormone-induced IBS cramping. Well, Men need to shape up then. It's not women's fault this is happening. Men, for the most part, are becoming more degenerate with time because of increased access to porn, society catering to them, mothers and fathers not raising them right, etc, etc. It's makes them poor companions for life. It's not women's responsibility to keep the human race going at the cost to their own happiness and health. Women, for the most part, have a biological longing to have children and a family. We want that…

All men are bad until they prove they're not. That's how I keep myself from being raped, beaten, and/or murdered. If men don't like that, then they need to start policing the fellow members of their sex on how to treat women. Until the violence ends, they're all bad until proven otherwise. I'm not going to risk my life, let alone my mental health, for some guy's feelings.

I regret not dumping my ex sooner. I would have had more time for myself in the evenings and weekends. So many things and trips I could have done.... My ex said that about me. He was chaotic though. He could fly off the handle and was often angry (at life). And I somehow made him feel "calm" and peaceful. He also used me and was emotionally abusive. I feel pity for him, really. He is a fucked up person with a fucked up life who desperately wanted to escape it all.
