The majority of women on earth are not personally aware of any given individual man (not even the pope) so it wouldn't be realistic to expect them to be out to get that man personally. From this perspective it's a 'corpse rights' thing, people still have issues with people doing stuff to their corpse without consent. The ideal thing would be to back up your verbal consent videos on YouTube or something (hide them if you like) and if the police ever start deleting your vids off your phone, you can un-hide the video and let he public see it.
