Men not marrying? How deep does "the problem" go?

It's just so simple I don't understand how our society at large is still guessing about this.

Guys have seen too many of their family members and friends get absolutely wrecked in the family courts. How long are guys expected to sit and watch that happen before they start saying, this marriage thing is a raw, not to mention, incredibly stupid deal for men? How many of our guy friends do we need to let sleep on our couches because their wife made a bunch of false accusations to get an advantage in divorce, before we say this is a bad deal? How many stories on the internet do we all need to read about false rape accusations, the slanted DV laws and the Duluth model, the family courts who take away custody from good fathers to give it to the drug addicted mother, before men ay large say enough is enough?

Divorce for women has, I wouldn't even say basically, I'd say literally, has now been incentivized. A little bored with your husband? Divorce him, take the kids, all his money, the house, the cars, all the property, all the investments, all the savings, and on top of all that you'll get a check every month dependent on how hard you can fuck them over in regards to custody. Why on earth would any guys now be second guessing getting married? I just can't think of any reasons...
