Well I've got 200 in there for gas and 50 for insurance. I'm assuming you own a car. I started taking cold showers at the end of my regular showers over the last winter. Just about 3-5 minutes, until it doesn't feel cold anymore. One incredible effect of this has been that I no longer get cold. I let my house stay between 45 and 55°F and it feels comfortable. The cold showers make it feel warm in comparison.

As far as the issue with dribbling after urination; a squatting position is ideal as far as take a dump, but also has the benefit of more completely emptying the bladder.
