It's actually very easy once you know how. You need to google TDEE calculators to find out how much to eat. Once you know that, then you figure out the diet. It'll take some trial and error to figure out perfect macros, but once you get it, then you just eat the same thing everyday. Boring, but easy.

Vegas is a unique place that has a revolving door of people coming in every week to party. And with the plethora of world class venues and year round activities, makes it the top place to "game". Definitely not the best city to live permanently, but if getting laid is your #1 priority Vegas is hard to beat. Some guys even move there for a year just to go out and get good at game as fast as possible, then dip out once they're competent.
