The number of people talking about 'love languages' 🤮 not to mention the guys commenting saying they shouldn't be the ones to always initiate things!

I left a comment saying to not be the one to initiate/pay for things and I messaged her saying to look into FDS. Here's hoping!

An adult man who uses Snapchat/insta/any picture based social media is a red flag for me tbh

Yes! I should specify that the walking ahead on its own is a subtle red flag, the flat out refusing to walk with her is a giant one!

Yeah what kills me is that these aren't two poor college students or anything.....HE CAN AFFORD THE RING, he just doesn't WANT to invest in her

A man will feel an instinctive desire to protect those he loves and walk next to them.

We need to be VERY wary of men in their mid 30s onward who talk about 'wanting to settle down'. The appropriate response should be 'oh, so you wouldn't have wanted to marry me previously?'. HVM are looking for the right woman whereas LVM are just waiting for the right time. Also I think it's beneficial to have him talk about his exes. It'll be pretty clear if he's harboring feelings for one of them.

Yep. No amount of 'communicating' will fix a basic lack of respect and empathy!

Tell him you're down with polyamory too but then say only in relationships with multiple men and one woman. See how fast he backs out of that arrangement!

I hate having to fake it yet I do because I don't want to hurt their fragile ego. I've kind of given up on orgasming from traditional sex tbh.

Clearly she just didn't communicate enough that she didn't want slugs in her food!

Jesus, she's trying to defend his action of serving her EXPIRED FOOD so she doesn't sound too 'precious.' The brainwashing is so deep.

Because there's a certain group of men that believe if you're polite to them, you want to fuck them. Even if you're telling them no, your politeness makes them think they still have a chance. And guess what? These are the same men who will harass a women when they finally catch the drift that she doesn't want them.

Don't forget that undiagnosed or unmedicated men usually end up self medicating with drugs or alcohol. I went through this myself with a man who had social anxiety. Instead of getting professional help, he contented himself with sitting at home on government welfare while constantly 'medicating' himself with weed. I hear that he finally made an effort to change things.....after I dumped him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
