I think you hit the nail on the head. With 99 percent of things in life, you can’t “think” your way into fixing a problem or getting better at something. It’s really just confidence and being in the moment, the less your identification with your mind the better

We’re all gonna die eventually and nobody’s gonna remember anything we did. A lot of people get depressed by this but for some reason it makes me more motivated. It makes me realize that I can do whatever I want and I should live my life the way I want to.
