Wow, I can confirm absolutely everything that /u/the_one_man_taliban has said. I was in your exact shoes like 7 months ago. Girl broke my heart and I totally let it get to me. Sure, I started working out, started doing Muay Thai, bought a guitar, and all that but every time I saw my ex at a bar or something I basically acted the way you have been. Either totally ignoring her or basically giving her the stink eye. After 7 months I didn't get so much as a txt from her asking how I was doing or any…

Exactly. Whether the guy here is beta or not is pretty irrelevant. Even an alpha would've walked away from that situation. A girl THAT drunk is just a problem waiting to happen.

If you were Olympic gold medalist and all you thought about was your sport. How to improve, did you train enough, are you skills up to par? Just because you think about it all day everyday does this mean you aren't the best in the world at what you do? TRP is about how to get what you want. Everything takes work. Everything takes practice.

You don't necessarily need to make any decisions right now. Honestly my guts usually right but I wouldn't flat out dump my SO just because I had a funny feeling in my gut. I would however listen to that feeling closely and pay closer attention to things. As an example, If my gut told me my GF was cheating, I wouldn't dump her just off the gut feeling. I would however look for further signs and perhaps pull back emotionally. I'd seriously prepare myself for the possibility that I was right and wh…

If she had her period and forgot about it, she was probably just embarrassed in which case just don't dwell on it. Next time just keep going. Personally, I'm not afraid of having sex with an SO if she's on her period. All it really does is make her hornier and I like that. To avoid mess Id just lay down a towel. If this is the case just don't make a big deal out of it. It's also a great excuse to have shower sex which I'm a huge fan of. That being said, the way you described it, it seems like th…

It's really hard to explain. I never thought I'd be the kind of person to like that sort of thing but I took one class and was instantly hooked. Best way I can describe it is that it just puts you in this almost primal mindset. Your totally focused on what you are doing at that moment. All of your problems seemingly go away. That, combined with the atmosphere. It's generally very positive, everyone is having fun in a sort of friendly competitive way. Then you realize how quickly your learning an…

My Muay Thai class is literally stacked with hotties. Honestly the majority of them could probably kick my ass. All that aside though, I actually pulled a very respectable plate from that class.

I've been doing Kickboxing for Almost 2 years as well as Muay Thai and BJJ for almost a year now. This is a wonderful post but I feel you missed just a few points. Let me start by giving my story. I'm a relatively small person. I'm 5' 10" and a year ago I weighed 135 lbs (I'm now a very healthy 150lbs). I've never enjoyed fighting but as a college student (I'm currently 23 and a year out of college) I would regularly encounter those drunk assholes outside the bars who see a guy my size and decid…

Her past bothers you and is a cause of insecurity because you don't trust that she is over it. My guess (and I don't know you personally so I can only assume) is that your gut is telling you that there is a chance that her past can come back to haunt you. This can either be from "someone" from her past or simply past behaviors. Heres the thing about your gut and why it tends to be so accurate. Over millions of years we have evolved to constantly be absorbing information from our environment. Alt…

Makes sense. If a girl had a questionable past but I somehow 'knew' that she was 100% into me, her past would bother a lot less than a girl with a seemingly more innocent past whom I didn't really trust was 100% committed.

So I just want to say that I think we just came full circle. I agree with everything you just wrote and that's exactly what I was saying in my original comment. I wasn't saying that what you guys have is impossible. I was saying that it lasting forever is the unlikely part and that was the dream I missed. You seem to have an extremely logical view on your relationship.

One can hate the game and accept it for what it is at the same time. Yes, hate is pointless and wasted energy but I can't say I enjoy the games women play. The point I was rather trying to convey was that you can't hate women in TRP mentality. You can only hate the way things are but that doesn't stop it from being true. If that makes sense.

While your assumption about us all being self centered and such isn't totally off we're not all like that. That being said, more or less, all Americans will usually place their own happiness before anything else. To a degree tho I see this as more of a general human trait rather than one that's isolated just to Americans. Also, while I really hope your right in your assumption about this girl, you should know that 23 is still very young and 3 1/2 years is not very long. I don't mean to be a pess…

I'm not going to jump to any conclusions on your comment. I do have a few questions. First id like to state I mean no disrespect from any of this, I just feel I can better form an opinion on this if I have more information. So, without going too into detail I was wondering if you'd tell me. 1. I'm assuming this woman is your wife. True? 2. How old are you? 3. What do you do for a living. 4. How long have you been together with this woman? How long have you known her? I assure you I am not trying…

The expression "Don't hate the player, hate the game." is too true when it comes to TRP. I'll never go back to my BP mentality but God how I miss that fantasy. I truly miss the hope that I'd find some super hot, well behaved innocent girl who would hopelessly fall in love with me, always be faithful and we'd live happily ever after. The truth sucks, but the more I open my eyes, the more I realize it just can't be denied.

That sucks dude and your right. To be fair I've never had this happen to me/personally known anyone who had this happen so to me all these stories are more or less hearsay, so I do have a bias viewpoint. That being said, you don't lose anything from covering your own ass.

That's a very pessimistic view. Yes, there are a lot of crazy girls out there but honestly unless your crazy meter is totally off or something goes seriously haywire, most girls won't make a false rape claim. There are plenty of girls out there just looking to get laid and not trying to bring unnecessary attention to themselves. Just try and find the not-so-crazy ones, it's easier than you think.

I agree with you, audio recording apps are becoming more and more necessary. But that being said, if your about to sleep with a girl who you distrust to the point where you need to record her, you probably shouldn't sleep with her, IMO.

First off... Physical* Second, not all video games are mindless, life sucking, useless hobbies that only betas play with. There are a ton of legitimately interesting and borderline educational games out there that provide a lot of beneficial information. Because I played many of these games when I was younger I found I had an extremely advanced understanding of history, science, finance and supply chain management when compared to my peers. I have reason to believe that my female friend actually wanted to hook up with me that night but I'm not particularly attracted to her and hooking up with her would make things awkward in our friend group. That being said, she is pretty RP herself and generally very chill so she does usually make an excellent wingman.

I know from experience that in doing MMA/kickboxing/Muay Thai you will meet plenty of girls so I feel you should throw an X or two on there. Many girls go to gyms to do kickboxing because it's a great workout and teaches self defense. Also I should note that kickboxing/Muay Thai girls have some really great bodies.

I don't really think they're snake oil per say. I have read the studies that say most normal people don't get a whole lot of benefit from a multi vitamin but the exception is vitamin D. That's why I mentioned that it's the most prevalent vitamin deficiency and many people would in fact benefit from that specifically. Source: My uncle who's a doctor

I always forget to mention this in my comments on this subject. Your right except I fall in the category of people who are really underweight. Where I think most people here would benefit from losing weight I actually need to gain it. That all I meant but yes I'm in a bias category for that one.

In general I think this is a solid post I. That you are correct, lifting and getting big isn't enough. To fully reach your potential, you must be as healthy as you can be. Being healthy not only benefits you in that you'll live longer but it also makes you more attractive. Over millions of years we have evolved to be attracted to healthy looking mates. While many men will assume this to simply mean guys who are strong and in shape, there are also more subtle attractive features that women will s…

Agreed. IMO one of the greatest things people who truly understand TRP push for is down to earth honesty. This is what I think is key here. Like you said, if a girl was to ride the CC then by all means go for it, I won't think of her any less as a human being. That being said, she must accept the fact that this is considered very unattractive to me as well as many other men so she reduces her chances of finding a decent long term mate. On the other end, if a girl is in an exclusive relationship …

I've done this multiple times. I also weigh myself before and after training to see how much I lost in water weight. It's pretty stable though. Before and after taking a dump it's really only a difference of a pound. I've hovered between 144 and 145.4 the past couple days so I just rounded to 145.

Funny story actually. I was once pepper sprayed by a woman because she thought I was following her. In her defense I was in fact walking about 10 feet behind her for about half a mile. Turns out we were actually going to the same place. I guess you could say things got awkward pretty quick once she realized this. Edit: So the full story. I went from 135lbs to 145lbs and lowered my body fat %. Maybe the 10 lbs gained is not 100% muscle but I don't know enough about human biology to know exactly what else I gained mass in. Either way, I happy as hell with the results so far.

"Food is 80% the key to losing weight and getting ripped" 100% true but also the key to gaining weight. As a note I'd like to say I'm not sure if I'm adding anything productive to this thread but it seems relevant. I'm one of those rare men who has been plagued (or blessed depending on who you ask) in always being underweight. I weighed 135 soaking wet and for the majority of my life have been pretty non-muscular/flabby. Over the past 2-3 months I've seriously reduced the amount of grains (speci…

Just as an obvious note to the sub in order to prevent this from becoming fuel to call TRP a group of men who advocate hitting women: It is not 'RedPill' to hit a woman. When you are horny, your brain kicks your hormones into over drive. Sexual desire is a very powerful force so your mind focuses purely on that and begins to justify actions that you otherwise wouldn't do. Think of this as a separation of emotional and logical thinking. When your horny, the emotional side takes over and you don't think logically. You do anything and everything to get laid. However the second you orgasm, your hormones are suppressed and the logical side of the brain is allowed to …

I agree with this. Emotion can be both a gift and curse. It depends on which spectrum it falls in. To explain, my whole life my father always repeated one phrase that has stuck with me. "Comfort breeds laziness" and for my whole life this has held true. When I seem to have everything going for me, I get lazy and stop improving myself. I try to just hold on and enjoy everything I have and eventually it all just seems to fade away. However when I'm at shitty points in my life, I naturally dig my h…

Tinder is great. I've turned it into a game. I set my preferences to within 50 miles. To date I have 261 matches. Essentially I try and see if I can get a number in as few text lines as possible. Ask too soon and you seem desperate. Wait to long and she loses interest. I've gotten roughly 40-50 numbers so far. I only meet up with the ones who live close to me though because I'm generally very busy and don't have time to drive into the city just to meet some of these random girls (if they want to…

I've recently made a comment countering this argument (check my comment history to find it, it's not far down). Essentially I disagree with the statement "respectfully" that there is no such thing as friendship between men and women. I give the example where I am quite good friends with one of my best friends roommates. We hang out often, smoke together, go out drinking on the weekends. Shes really cool but I don't think either of us has the intention of sleeping with the other. She doesn't flir…

I may be burned at the stake for this comment but here it goes... I personally try to avoid seeing things in purely black and white. Aside from the laws of physics I find that almost nothing is true 100% of the time. I agree with a ton of RP philosophy because the general pattern is that it is true MOST of the time. However if the RedPill community is incapable of questioning their own beliefs then in my personal opinion, they are no better than the extreme feminists that they criticize. Don't g…

When it comes to the sidebar, I agree with pretty much everything. It's the posts that sometimes hold disagreeable overly aggressive content that get to me. I respectfully disagree. While this is true in many cases, I think you are overlooking one thing. An alpha in a LTR may be committed but he also holds the willingness to walk away at any moment. A beta in a LTR will give off the vibe that the girl he is committed to is the best he can do and will therefore appear unattractive to his SO. An alpha in a LTR however has other options but simply chooses to remain committed to a LTR for personal reasons, however if the girl fucks up in any way, the Al…

A lot of the comments here are really spot on. I personally have a bunch of female friends. It's a really different dynamic when I have no intention to sleep with them and they have no intention of sleeping with me. Like several commenters have stated, being friends with a female is different than being "friend zoned". One of my female friends comes to mind here. She's one of my best friends roommates. I think you are over thinking this. I'm not disapproving of your position but I feel like what you are saying is more of a personal opinion. Being attractive and fit so that you can be healthy and active is great don't get me wrong but like you said there are many other things that bring people happiness. What OP asked is "what do girls bring to your life?" You are saying that girls hold zero power over your motivation and that's fine but that's YOU. Fact off the matter is that for a majority of…

I think you are thinking of relationships. My comment was more about girls in general. Say I spin a plate for a while and eventually next her (or not), the motivation for self improvement comes from the desire to upgrade on my next plate. In order to go from a 7 to an 8 or from an 8 to a 9, self improvement is necessary. If women didn't exist then I wouldn't care nearly as much, however the satisfaction of sexual conquest is a powerful one and I use it to fuel my improvement as a man. Of course,…

For me, it's motivation. If there were no women on the earth, I would probably get really fat, stop working, and be an all around useless piece of shit. However, the existence of women fuel my desire to become the best man I can be so I can get the best woman available. I know some people say you should never have women be your primary motivation for anything but honestly I just love the grind of improving myself and use women as the fuel to keep me going.

My opinion of this video is mixed. While some of the comments she gets I could see getting very annoying and uncomfortable if she received them everyday. On the other hand some were legitimately friendly and she actually appears rude by not responding. The best moment though was when she walks past a heavyset black man and as she passes he yells "Hey look at that! (Pause) I just saw a thousand dollars!" I couldn't stop laughing.
