When you bench and get super tired, is it just your bench press that suffers or is it every lifting exercise? every lifting exercise

Dude, what is your goal?? Exerczing out of depression. and building great physique to increase SMV. Why are you doing 30/50 reps with next to no weight? Well I am using 35kg weights. with those reps. I am literally exhausted after doing these. You say you're cutting but you have no idea of your kcals. You say you eat rice and beans, I am doing intermediate fasting by skipping some meals. My mess has a self serve buffet system. Just do i calculate kcals of whatever i'm eating. but a few days ag…

Probably a symptom of your laziness in the gym. I'm anything but lazy in the gym. I'm the guy who's sweating buckets in winter by the end of workout. Age, Ht, wt, Bodyfat 19 years old. 165 cm/ 69 kg./ 25.5 BMI Big three lift PR's. Squats: 35 kg 50 reps deadlift: 25 kg 35 reps + 30 kg 15 reps bench press : 25 kg 30 reps leg press : 35 kg 40 reps Gym routine and frequency. Used to do Stronglifts everyday until previews week ( squats / benchpress / deadlift or barbell rows) + running for 10 mins …

Bro stretch marks from losing weight is an impressive thing if you think about it; it’s progress you made. I never thought of it that way. But.. they still look ugly. I’d recommend lifting weights I workout 2 hours everyday.

To me this just looks like mania which is useless and transitory I am pretty sure it's not. As i understand mania i would have unreasonable amount of energy and would be able to stuff im not able to socially. But that's not true in my case. Everyday i still dread going to gym. But now i understand that half the battle is going to it. The only difference i notice is in my mood. In that I'm more open to people i already know.

Stop seeing things like this:The " people aren't interested" or want "feel good only." From my limited experience being fun makes people seem more responsive Once you know about shittests, you see them everywhere, indicates to me you do not really see the difference Nah man i don't. In new to this stuff. Convos flow really fast for me. I'm still trying to crush shit tests. I think determining whether something is shit test or not comes from experience or from reading body language. And i don't h…

the "do you like me or something" comes across as weak. Yeah i know. It's there best response i could think of. How do you respond to people intensely staring at you ? You do it twice and twice it didn't get you the results you were looking for. Honestly i am not looking for anything with this girl. But the circle I'm in it's literally impossible to avoid her. Dude. we can't help you if you speak in such common terms. We don't know what she said and how you answered, then how can we help? I have …

Because somedays pure motivation isn't doing the job to drag myself to gym. So i try to think of something to look forward to after finishing my workout session. For me that is food. It is what i find most comfort in and enjoy the most. Of course over time I'm planning to cut this habit out.

Dude you have to stop going to eat fast food right after the gym. That is nonsense I know and that's why i don't prefer using this method. I try rely only on pure motivation or my second method. If you hate the gym at first you’re probably using too much weight. I literally use the lowest weight plates (2.5 kg ) for bars. work on mind muscle connection What is that ?

Isn't going to gym giving shit about yourself? Discipline = Self respect Honest right now i don't respect myself. I'm not worth shit right now. But I'm trying. I'm trying to get my grades up, Getting fit, and other aspects of life. I'm trying to be a man worth respecting. But i don't know if I'm on the right track. How would you increase your self respect and in turn your discipline ?

Acknowledge them and then quickly move back to the breath. Thoughts containing problems i face come to my mind. Shouldn't i try to solve them rather than focusing on my breath? Isn't that what meditating is for?

You don’t owe anyone jack shit. I get that but he keeps doing me unwarranted favors and so i do kind of owe him. Did anyone help you? If they did, did you seek out help? Nope. I realized that something was terribly wrong me and my life in general and that put me on a path to change it. Finally, you got work to do yourself. If this hobo is the only one you’re attracting, you clearly got issues yourself and got more improvements to work on. I've made some high quality friends that i hang out with.…

Maybe your a little controlling or too hard to work with Maybe I am, but let me tell you I don't like managing people. And given the choice I would never manage anyone, it's too stressful. But these shits did't ever communicated with each other on their own. Someone had to step up, so i did. I organised weekly meetings and other stuff with them. I was point of contact with each other. You say disrespect but not examples, yet you notice it's happening on multiple fronts to you. So a buddy of mine comes to my room after exam with a mutual friend and starts saying shit and putting me down in front of that friend. I approached another group of friends with and asked how did their exam go. And In reply they just started making fun of me. Like really embarrassing stuff. I exited the conversation. How would you have handled this situation?

my advice to you is go to work on yourself, keep socializing, and let the haters be your amusement I'd love to. But I'd be lying if i said that this shit doesn't hurt. It hurts me to my core to see people who i trusted, treat me this way man. they're disrespecting you in front of others because you are perceived as "low value" Can you suggest some ways to increase my value appart from lifting. Thanks for your advice.

do the exact thing that's giving you anxiety I am experiencing issues in this step. Can suggest some some techniques or how should i go about doing it? realizing in the moment when you are feeling irrational anxiety During the moment i just feel just a kind of fear or something. And during introspection i realize that what i was feeling was just bassless anxiety. How can i train myself to recognize this in the moment?

How do you network with professors? And won't being friendly with everyone make them think that they can step all over you? Often in the real world it's not what you know, it's who you know Is this true even in technical fields? Like engineering.

I can't eat meat because I'm a vegetarian. Can you recommend something else? I heard that swimming greatly improves stamina is that true? I'm kinda fat and am trying to lose weight. Honestly, however hard i try to be aggressive i come off as being weird. Whenever I'm aggressive, people say that I'm being butthurt. So either I'm doing it wrong or i don't know what being aggressive means.
