I cook enough food for 2-3 days and put it in the fridge. Simple food when I'm busy like oatmeal, greek yogurt and peanut butter. Snack on nuts and bananas. Boiled eggs are easy and take about 10min to make. Intermittent fasting is better than getting takeout.
