Sometimes posting it, or otherwise sharing it, is part of getting it out to avoid obsessing over whatever it is. Also, it can be helpful to other men with similar situations. They can learn from what one did right, but also from their mistakes so they do not have to make those same mistakes. Ironically, these can be a glimpse at another's process of introspection as well.

This sub is essentially a transitional space for those still in the anger phase. Trying to tone police them into something more palatable for you isn't going to do any good. If they're going to cross over and be truly MGTOW, and I know that only a small percentage will, then they need to have a place to be angry.

If you're past that point then great. Move on to a sub that suits your interests, and leave this place for the guys just waking up to reality.
